The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent, short walking distance from the cathedral and many restaurants and stores in the vicinity. We were able to store our luggage at the lobby after check out. Beautiful view of the cathedral from the room window.

The check out and the room are in different buildings; it’s no big deal since it’s a short walking distance but it’s a little bit tedious when you’re carrying luggage.

It is extraordinary place for pilgrims coming to visit Fatima shrine. The cosy hotel is just few steps from shrine, it takes 2-3 minutes to step into Fatima shrine area. The hotel is small family hotel run by Portuguese family that makes the stay even more better - I felt like visiting friends. The extra bonus is breakfast with coffee, bread and cheese, ham etc. (Breakfast is just 3 euros, take it as complimentary step from owners). Owner of the hotel Antonio even serves to breakfast also tomato-jam he has made himself. The hotel was very clean and I adored the view also. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. no-frills, budget accommodation which provides you with all the essentials ideal location to visit the sanctuary very helpful, friendly staff (they let us leave our luggage after check out, until our 3 pm bus; they gave us a pot of hot water for our morning tea) there is a breakfast but we did not try it, due to our dietary restrictions

don't expect extra amenities. However, the staff will try to accommodate your needs

The staff/ owners are very kind, the rooms are clean, the accomodation is near the sanctuary (1-2 minutes walking distance), value for money. Although some of the staff didn't understand English, using a translator on my mobile phone I was able to communicate. Breakfast is simple, but very sufficient to start the day. Next time I go to Fatima, I will definitely look for this hotel again.

- Very close to the shrine - Breakfast is not a buffet, but for the very low price it is already plentiful. - Plenty of storage in the room. But if you have more than one luggage, it can make your room too small should you leave them unpacked

- The setting of the AC is a bit weird, especially the swing function - During breakfast, the hostess served us a full container (250 grams?) of margarine. If it really is a new package every single morning, I find it wasteful that she serves it like that and also to every single table, especially since there is already butter & jam, and limited bread that we were served with.

The location is like 5 minutes away of the sanctuary. It's got an elevator. They allowed us to leave our bags in the morning before check-in time. The breakfast is quite basic, but good for the price, and they gave us vegan margarine for the bread.

The building and the room feel and look old. A fridge would be nice.

Incredible location... Across the road from the Basilica. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a lift too. Simple but substantial breakfast. The rooms might be considered dated but personally I love the style and they were spotlessly clean. Was delighted to see the Céad Míle Fáilte sign too.

Excellent location, just five minutes from the Shrine and surrounded by little shops. I could see the Basilica from my room. Excellent, family-style service and welcoming. Room is very clean. Breakfast is generous with rolls, mini toasts, juice, coffee, cereals, butter, plant-based spread, jam and a ham and cheese platter. The rolls are about the size of my palm so filling up with two was easy. I'm vegan so I brought my soya milk (beverage) and they heated it up to have with coffee. And they offered me two *pots* each morning. As a coffee-lover, I appreciated this gesture. The WiFi service is steady and good for streaming. The shower has an excellent hot-water stream and the air conditioning is the best I've had in Fatima (having stayed in three different locations of different price ranges). There are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The closest vegan-friendly restaurant is less than 10 minutes away by foot. The closest organic food market is about 12 minutes away by foot. So people with special dietary needs should be fine. The bed was comfortable and you can put away a large suitcase inside the closet.

No availability of a non-dairy beverage for breakfast coffee. HOWEVER, they were willing to heat up whatever you bring. There is a shop nearby that sells them, so this is not an issue. The TV only had seven local channels, but I don't know of anyone that goes to Fatima to watch TV. So, again, this was not an issue for me. The lift (elevator) is small, adequate for two adults with luggage, but it works efficiently and quickly.

Great location in the city centre of Fátima close to the Basilica and even as a starting point for other activities in the region. Great value for money - the room with private bathroom and balcony was cleaned daily, sufficient brekfast served directly in the Residência possible for a low fee.

The location is fabulous! Next to the sanctuary , lots of restaurants, and short walk to get to the stations of the cross and Aljustrel Breakfast was delicious ! Fresh bread, cheese, meats, local honey, cereal, juice and coffee, all for only 3.50 euros. Staff is very nice and helpful.
