The hotel is at short distance (10 min walk)from the main bus station and right next to the sanctuary. There are plenty of little shops and restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and spacious, i just regret it didn’t have a view to the front of the building, but it was the cheapest rate. Overall I definitely recommend it.

The view from my window. It overlooked the back and side of other buildings. But it was the cheapest rate, it was specified during booking and I had the option to upgrade.

The location is amazing and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. It was all spotless and pleasant/harmonious. The decoration and the mood in the hotel is light and easy.

I found the matrasses quite strange.. when one sits/lays one can feel the springs. I sleep well on any surface, but these matrasses might be problematic for people with medical conditions.

The staff was very accommodating. They prepared breakfast to go as were leaving early the next morning and they agreed to store our big luggage for us until we returned from a pilgrimage to Spain even though we only stayed one night with them.

The location is PERFECT! You just cross the street and you are already in the Shrine of the Virgen. It was extremely convenient, you can take breaks in your room between activities if you want to. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was ok. They have a convenient free parking onsite, and if it’s full, you can park in the street for a fee.

The mattresses could be improved.

The location was great as it was next to the Fatima Shrine and balcony in our room faced the Shrine too. Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was good, though not a big spread but just enough to get you started for the day. Spent one night at the hotel.

Would appreciate if they could give a better pillow or two pillows.

This place was excellent value for money. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the Tesla destination charger was a great extra.

The coffee at breakfast could have been better.

The proximity to the sanctuary and the cleanliness of the facilities.

It would be good to put a kettle in the room to prepare hot drinks after the night service!

The location of the hotel is amazing. The room was spacious. Breakfast was simply amazing. They had ice cream, which my 9 Yr old enjoyed.

The hotel amenities are a bit tired and old. Not many sockets or charging points.

Breakfast was ok. We had very fresh and delicious homemade bread in Stuggart just before we arrived in Fatima. Hence we find the bread not as fresh; the croissants were too dense. We love the hot chocolate and hot water machine! Maybe you can provide cereal thatvis not made of wheat because soke peoole are allergic to gluten can try serving pumpkin/sunflower seeds, oats mix, raisins. And maybe some dips for the bread, eg mashed olives, mashed tomatoes, hummus.

Nothing. We like everything, especially the guided tour with Bruno. He is an exceptional guide.

I was moved from Cruz Alta to another hotel 100 meters ahead called Estrela de Fátima. The hotel is a crossroad from Fatima's Sanctuary, breakfast was excellent and the room was very quiet, so the change didn't cause any upset.

Parking is very, very limited but nobody told me anything about that. I had to use paid parking half of the time.
