This place was recommended to us from friends who raved about the quality of the stay and the location. They were spot on! There is no better location, especially for those traveling with someone that has mobility challenges. We took my parents to Portugal especially for this pilgrimage. I was so glad I booked rooms with breakfast and dinner. In this sleepy town, there are not many options for dinner. Having breakfast, dinner and opportunity to have a drink and lunch in the hotel was a welcomed convenience for my parents who are in their 80s. Loved the A/C in the rooms and the warm service provided by members of the dining staff such as our favorite, Amerigo who we would see every day at breakfast, during lunch at the bar for drinks and snacks, and serving dinner.

It's easy to see why this place is an ideal stop for tour buses. When the massive tour groups were gone, the hotel vibe was great. Otherwise they swarm in and take over as if they own the place which is always so annoying to those staying for extended periods beyond one night.

Everything! Excellent staff so friendly, welcoming and happy to help. We wanted to have a day out in Lisbon so the reception staff were great kindly organised a taxi and sorted out all the details so we knew how much it was going to cost us without any hidden costs. The hotel is so close to the Shrine we went on many walks around the Sanctuary. Hotel so clean our rooms were cleaned so professionally everyday. The breakfast where do I start so much choice and the dinner was great too. We have stayed at Santa Maria on many occasions and have loved it every time will definitely stay there next time we visit beautiful Fatima.

Very impressed with the Santa Maria, it is a luxurious hotel with 5 star opulence. Room was not large but perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay. The breakfast area and food were very good. We based ourselves in Fatima to visit Tomar which is only a short drive away. Underground parking is free and convenient.

Only negative is that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, luckily we had our travelling kettle and supplies with us.

The staff was very Friendly and helpful. The options for breakfast were better than I expected. We are strict Gluten Free and provided us with some options. I very pleasant hotel which was located so close to the Sanctuary. Bright hotel with a blend of modern, but warm feel.

I would have loved some outdoor space to rest, take a coffee.

The truth is that from the moment we met the reception at the front desk, we received nothing but excellent service and advice. They were cordial and truly seem committed to ensure we had a safe and successful visit. It did not matter which shift we encountered we were treated excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the main dishes had enough variety and were good tasting. The prices were just right to beat those outside and encouraged us to return and try a variety of entrées. Even more impressive was the service received from the restaurant staff; from the maître d' and the head waiter, down to the rest of the staff I cannot say enough good things about the restaurant and I wish I had their names to thank them individually. even the lady at the gift shop had a beautiful disposition and was helpful and caring.

In reality nor my wife or I can find anything to suggest except to keep the pricing as is. Under these circumstances we will definitely return in a year or two.

The location was perfect for visiting all things Virgin Fatima. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had 2 sinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant foods were excellent. The area for a lite meal was spacious. The price is very reasonable for the excellent accommodation. The bus station and drop off is very close to the hotel.

Great location and exceptional hotel in Fatima. Super close walking distance to the Fatima's Sanctuary. Exceptional staff to help with all request. Tasty restaurant (breakfast & dinner).

Only thing that would have topped hotel would have been a massage spa/sauna to enjoy additional relaxation.

We were visiting Basilica de Fatima and it was very convenient!

Location was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and had a delicious breakfast.
