Patricia was the best at the front desk. The room was the best! Hamburger was the best! Juan was the best! Our dinner was the best, enhanced by Miguel, who pick a great wine!! The location was perfect!

Not a thing

We loved everything about this property. If you're visiting Fátima, it’s the perfect place to stay—right next to the Sanctuary. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The front desk team, in particular, were outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel very much like home. This was our second time staying here, and without a doubt, we’ll be back the next time we visit Fátima.

Nothing negative to say - we loved everything about the property.

The location was amazing - just across the street from site of the apparition. Very convenient. We could hear the evening service through our open window (but not with the window closed). The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a wide range of foods that were fresh and tasty. There were many local restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

While very adequate, the room was a bit tight.

Staff were excellent and very accomadating especially the lovely lady checking us in( unfortunately I can't remember her name) Location is perfect and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

The cherry on the top would be if they would have facilities for making coffee or tea in the room. This really not a complaint just a positive suggestion.

Everything! Superb location. Comfortable beds, very clean everywhere. Great pool for my children and bijou outdoor area. Had breakfast and evening meals at the hotel during our week's stay - amazing coffee and wine list. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and very nice. The breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel was PERFECT. The staff of the hotel were brilliant. Patricia was extremely helpful and caring. She was very understanding and accommodating in offering us a stay for the next day when we missed our flight. George was very cordial and gave insightful information about the Sanctuary. Vera and Rita were very helpful. THANKS Patricia, George, Vera and Rita for making our stay pleasant.

There was nothing that we did not like but, it would have helped to have a water bottle and tea bags.

It is very close to the Fathima Shrine. The room is really good. The staff are very helpful as well. On one occasion when I was stuck in a place where I couldn’t get any taxi online to get back to the hotel, I called the hotel and they immediately arranged a taxi for my family. It was life saving. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience overall. Location is amazing - literally right across the street from the basilica. Food at the hotel was very good, staff extremely friendly and helpful as well. If we ever go back to Fátima again we will definitely book the same hotel. Thank you!

Right in front of the Sanctuary. Very quiet and quite ample rooms, bathrooms quite basic but OK, Breakfast was also good and the buffet for lunch and dinner was also available, quite a price but overall quality was good.

Parking was a little bit lacking of parking spots, but was OK. Nothing wrong about the accomodation.

The proximity to Fatima main square. Walking distance to restaurants, bus station as well. Reception was welcoming and friendly. Room view was amazing too.
