It was nice and clean, and staff were lovely.

I reported that the sink in my room was leaking when I was going out. After returning and being told it was ok, it was still flooding the floor. I had to change rooms around midnight, which was a nuisance.

Accessibility the basilica is super great. But it takes 20 minutes to go to the bus terminal on foot. The terrace is also good, even if it is a little cold season. The hot water in the shower room and a bidet are also good. Kind sraff and nice breakfast. Value for money!!

The room is not spacious for a double bed. If it has a single bed, it is big enough for me.

The hotel is in an excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the sanctuary. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is excellent. There are lots of shops nearby. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away.

The receptionist were nice. On our last day, we attended a mass that ended almost 12 noon and we are supposed to check-out at 11AM. They were so kind to allow us to check out an hour late. The view in our balcony is exceptional.

The array of food for breakfast is limited. If you are a heavy breakfast person, their breakfast will not satisfy you.

it was all good except that the bells toll at all hours between 7 am and 11 pm so if you want to sleep early bring earplugs- they toll and play tunes then till again at different moments. or just enjoy them…

I wish I knew this place earlier. I have travelled many times to Fatima. Stay at this hotel was great. Reception staff speak English. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

My lengthy stay at your hotel due to my business activities turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Your friendly staff and personal service made me feel like I was staying in a home-away-from-home. Thank you for your hospitality and for making me feel so welcome.

Breakfast is okay. Location is perfect. It's very near the place of the apparition.

The heater didn't work in my room but it did in the other rooms where my friends stayed.
