Loved being back in fatima once again. Seeing our lady of fatima. Hotel very close to the shrine of our lady. The hotel staff was lovely they welcomed me with open arm's. Couldn't be anymore helpful to me. Hotel is super 👌. Very clean well managed. Be definitely be back again for my 4th stay. As this was my 3rd stay. ❤️

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and made you feel important with seating ready and waiting for you at a table.

Super clean. A few maids clean the room together so all very efficient and quick. They clean and change things everyday so you don’t ever feel like you are running out of toilet paper etc. The towels were white and fresh. Not all hotels provide this kind of excellent cleaning and amenity service in Fatima Even though it was fully boarded with pilgrims, once inside the rooms, it wasn’t noisy at all. The sound proofing is great. I liked that there was a balcony for fresh air, and the hotel situated at a very broad street, a newer developed road in Fatima. It’s very close to the sanctuary, yet, quiet and empty at night so that’s great for sleeping. The best part was the free secure parking, especially during the feast where it’s packed outside. Enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality of the waiters/waitresses. Kind and helpful reception staff. Good value for money. I would definitely live here again.

The hotel is an amazing place to stay. Close to everything.. The staff are so friendly and helpful.. They really make you fell so at home. The breakfast every morning was so nice.. I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.😃😃

Just a personal preference my sleep was a bit disturbed as the bed was very hard... Other than that my stay was amazing

Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great! This is my why returned to the hotel a second time.

Safe was locked when I checked into the room. No toiletries including body wash and soap. Sink to small and no place to put our toiletries. Bathroom was too small! During the two months before arriving at hotel my emails to property were not returned. Need someone monitoring emails during Jan. to Feb. Closure. No face towels.

We stayed in this hotel previously and liked it very much so when we decided to join friends who were there on a pilgrimage it was our first choice and it certainly didn’t disappoint from our arrival to our departure we found the staff all very friendly and willing to help the receptions were lovely welcoming girls also the restaurant staff were very efficient catering to everyone’s requests the maid service was also very good the location is in a nice pedestrian area near to the shrine we felt this was a very safe area it’s also a short walk from the bus station with good links to various other parts of Portugal in all we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and certainly recommend it xxR

At first, my mother and I were a bit hesitant of this hotel due to the fact that it was a last minute booking and only 45 euros.... When we got to the hotel it was heaven sent!!!!!! The breakfast was great and there were many options to choose from and the food was amazing! The location was PERFECT for what my mother and I wanted to do in the city of Fatima! The main sanctuary and basilica was only 1 block away so we walked there! The room was divine and it even had a little balcony. The room and hotel were perfect!!!! Another great asset was that the parking was close and readily available! 10/10 recommend and will tell all my friends and family for when they want to visit the city of Fatima!!
