The manager Cecila was so amazing , the receptionist so kind ….I couldn’t fly home to England as I had a panic attack due to claustrophobia. They took me in , took care of me and are truly special and have the Holy Spirit in them . The room was beautiful the food the facilities , the best accommodation and staff I have ever known . God bless them and thank You from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of me 🙏❤️

The staff are very good. I came late night 12MN at my 1st night because of my flight delayed. They able to assist me to come in. Thanks for the night attendant. And the lady's in charge in the next day, she lent me an umbrella, because that was rainy day. And the receptionist man, he speaks well in English.

The Hotel is very close the the Sanctuary. It has its own parking space which is also very convenient. The room was big, clean, nice and with aircondition.

This only issue there is that there is no ventilation system in the bathroom so if you take hot shower it takes a while until it will evaproate.

Hotel very well located close to all tourism, excellent staff attention, Rita from the restaurant and Lucilia at reception. Sufficient breakfast, cereals, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, bread and very good coffee. comfortable and spacious room. Very friendly atmosphere also from other guests. It is not a luxurious hotel but it is very good.

Right across the street from the bus teeminal- very convenient. And 1 minute walk to the shrine. Amazing location. Real nice morning staff for breakfast. The dark haired lady was so helpful and nice.

I liked the price and the proximity to the shrine AND the homes of the Fatima children seers. The room was fairly updated and a good heating system. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

My window in my bathroom wouldn't shut all the way, and that let in noise and outside air. I didn't like that I had to ring the bell to get in the building every time.

I like everything about St Clara Hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, excellent price too

Evreything was very nice, the stuff, the location, the rooms. It was a very good stay, with a very good price. I would totaly recomend it and stay again.

I couldn't connect to the wifi in the room, although I connected normally in the other spaces of the hotel. I only stayed one night, so I didn't inform the stuff to see if they knew something or if they could fix it, nor I know if it was a coincidence.

All pretty good but some aspects are a little dated. It was a little bit noisy in the morning as a bus party queued for the lift.
