This was our first visit to Fátima, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our hotel choice. The staff were incredibly friendly—attentive without ever being overbearing. Breakfast was lovely, offering a great selection of food to suit all tastes. The entire hotel was spotless, and our room was spacious with a great shower and an exceptionally comfortable bed. We had such a positive experience that we won’t even consider staying anywhere else on our next trip to Fátima Well done to all the staff. Thank you

Maybe the best treatment I have ever gotten at a hotel. The staff were super nice, they explained everything in detail and even asked if we had any food restrictions, so they could cater to us at breakfast (which was delicious by the way, especially the fruit isle, there were so many fruits!!!) Parking is free and accesible even with a bigger car. The room was clean and tidy, with really comfy beds. Location is also a big plus - close to the sanctuary, bus station, supermarket, pharmacy... and there's a promenade right under the hotel if you just want to go for a nice walk.

We tried the spa, which was alright, but I'm not sure it's worth 15€/person for one hour.

The time we arrived at the hotel the staff at the reception were friendly and happy and check in quickly because we arrived late .and the room was so clean and location close to the bus station and shops. Highly recommended this hotel

Everything was amazing the staff. and they clean the room every day. the breakfast so tasty and restaurant was very clean

We liked the very elegant rooms. We also liked that it was walking distance from the Shrine of the Virgin Mary of Fatima and that we could go there in the morning and also in the evening by foot. We found very convenient to have free parking space in the hotel's car park and we also had the opportunity to eat dinner in the hotel without pre-booking it. Great place, very quiet and very clean - and there is also a little supermarket right in front of the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful.

We liked everything there. If I would change something, it would probably be the main course of the dinner buffet. The salad buffet and the dessert buffet was very good at dinner but the main course for dinner was ok - it could have been better. Nothing else!

The hotel is located next to the bus terminal, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by bus. It’s close to the monasteries and all key locations. The staff was extremely friendly and the facilities is excellent for families traveling with babies/children. The crib they prepared for my child was cute and very confortable.

The only thing I would comment it would be the rug in the room might need more cleaning. My child had his feet dirty after running around playing.

Excellent proximity to the Sanctuary of Fatima (Basilica de Fatima) - walking distance. Breakfast is fantastic and customer service is the best! You can’t go wrong staying at Aurea Fatima for your visit to Fatima.

The carpet on the room floor is nice and comfortable but very hard to pull the bags. The wheels of the bag don’t roll that easy in thick carpet.

Staff Friendliness, breakfast menu options (great variety of food items), great underground parking, very comfortable room and shower, room balcony, walking distance from the Santiario De Fátima.

Central heat and cooling system. Guest should be able to manage their own room temperature without having to depend on a central temperature control system.

Family friendly hotel close to the bus station. Also, there is a open air tour train that will take visitors to the religious sites for a small fee at the station. Thanks to the receptionist for letting us know about this prior to our visit. She also gave us great dinner recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice.

We parked the car in the hotel's garage. Check in was very quick and receptionist was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. We were on the 5th floor and view was very nice, we had a small balcony in our room and a larger one on the floor. It's only a 10 minutes walk to the basilica.

We had dinner from the buffet at about 9.15 pm, food was very dry due to long time standing under lamps.

Close to where we were touring. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodation were comfortable and the property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was provided and was satisfactory. Gift shop on site was a bonus!
