The staff are friendly and attentive so thank you to all the staff that was on duty during our stay. The hotel is very close to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Fatima which was nice. Breakfast is good and in abundance, nobody will stay hungry 😁.

Although the rooms are comfortable we had difficulty getting a decent night's rest due to the noise,one can hear when the guest's upstairs are arriving or just walking around their room, one could also hear the guests next door when the door to the bathroom was open. Otherwise it is a nice hotel with very friendly staff.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and recently they have remodeled many (perhaps all) of the rooms, which has been an improvement. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We didn't need to use the air conditioning that much because we had a large sliding glass door to let fresh air in The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are always friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good and offers breakfast, which is a nice option if you don't feel like looking for a place to eat. The hotel is a very short walk to the north end of the shrine, and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants surrounding the area. There is a more personal feel at this hotel, which is why we keep coming back, because the owner is an elderly woman who is a ball of energy and can be seen working, serving and cleaning around the hotel and restaurant. She's very hands-on and involved in the running of the hotel.

I stayed three nights in this hotel and the location is very close to Fatima. I also met the landlord of this hotel madam Maria a very kind person . Family run business so they make sure the guests are well looked after. I have no regret booking this hotel

The location was fantastic and the cafe and the restaurant were very close by the hotel. Very peaceful and safe place to be. It is good to have a car so you can explore different cities.

It's a wonderful place to stay. It is in the heart of Fatima. All the staff were tremendous. We had a lovely suite. Even though it was raining while we were there it did not stop us from enjoying the comfort of the Hotel. There are lots of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was like being part of their family. Maria would come to your table with warm fresh bread or toast. Nothing was too much trouble.

To me, one of the best located hotels in Fatima: just few minutes walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. It's also safe to walk at night and enjoy an evening/early morning walk. The hotel check-in counter staff, especially Paula, was very helpful, very welcoming and speak good English. I recommend the buffet breakfast : value for money and service is good. Cannot think of anything to complain about

Location was perfect for us as our visit was specifically to visit the Shrine. The bedroom was spotless, as were all other areas of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had the evening meal at the hotel, which to be honest was a little disappointing. I think the term Restaurant should be used loosely! The food was adequate but, with hindsight, I think we would have been better eating out. The breakfast was fine, but the coffee could have been better, and although there were cereals on offer, there was no cold milk, and the fruit juice was quite watery.

The staff were exceptional with helping us with our stay. The room was ready early for us so we could check-in since we were so tired from our airflight to Lisbon and car ride to Fatima. Luca was great in the dining room and friendly. The food was good and tasted homemade.The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our room was very cold because A/C was on so it took a couple of tries with front desk staff to get the heat to work. They even offered to move us to different room if the heat did not work. It was too cold in the dining room when we were eating. Some guests ate with their jackets on and staff also wore their jackets in dining room and front desk. The temperature improved daily in the dining room but the last day heat was on as we entered the dinig room.

Location and close proximity to everything - Sanctuary, restaurants, grocery store. The women at the front desk were so friendly, kind and helpful. Not only did the hotel hold my bags after checkout but I had asked for a small bag of ice and was allowed to rest in the lounge for a couple hours to tend to a minor ankle injury which was extremely helpful.

Location was close to the shrine and the bus stop. Room was clean and spacious.

We tried the dinner at the restaurant. They were ok, and service was good but there was a lack of communication. They served us some bread and goat cheese and didn't mentioned they were additional charges. We also didn't ordered them in the first place. They started just bringing them to our table so it was shocking when we saw the charges on the bill. So that part was a bit deceptive. Other than that, hotel experience is good.

It was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms had everything one needed and more. It is very close to the Fátima sanctuary and close to all shopping and eating amenities as well as to the bus stop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. So grateful to have found this place.
