Was the perfect location to visit the treehouse and diamond beach on foot. Few good restaurants just walking distance. The room was clean , good comfortable bed and sheets. Good warm shower. Beautifull view. The owner was very easy to reach and answered every question or need in no time even though there was a big ceremony at the temple and he was very busy! He fixed transports for us and tours for a good price. The joung girl by the reception was also very helpfull and friendly. Perfect place for a short stay.

The only min was the breakfast. Was very limited. There were only 2 options : fried nudles( those were very tasty ) and pancakes ( sweet pancakes serverd with honey and ketchup( ?) Those i could not get myself to eat since it was very greasy;). Thee and coffee but no milk. But the girl did really her best and even went to the shop for milk for me, very sweet:)

They have 4 rooms which are fairly clean and the property has a good sea breeze. Its a 1 km walk from this place to Diamond beach. The onwer Putu Agus is a great person - very friendly and kind. He reached out to us and arranged for a car pick up from Penida port to the hotel at a better rate than rest of the car drivers who "attack" you when you get off the boat and reach the port's parking. He gave us a lot of information regarding places and time to visit. Later he also dropped us to our next hotel near Kelingking beach - again at a better price than rest of the drivers. There are 3 restaurants and 1 grocery store near this place so we picked up our stuff and Bintang beer from there. The room aircon and water heater works perfectly ! - this does not happen at several hotels in this area hence a definite plus. The bed linen and towels were good. The toilet was clean.

The size/portion of the included breakfast can be a little better. We ordered scrambled eggs and we literally got 1 slice of bread with scrambled egg on top. Normally you at least get 2 slices and some sides like mushrooms etc. Secondly the girl at the reception needs to be a bit gentle with customers. She kept on reminding us to leave as per check out time whereas the fact was we were going to leave whenever the owner would arrange the car for us. So we asked her to talk to the owner and not bother us. Anway the owner said he will train her to be better at talking to guests and we are sure he will as he takes customer service very seriously. This was a minor issue. We still recommend staying here. Thanks Agus !

The outdoors area was fantastic and very scenic! Lots of rare exotic birds around! The breakfasts were great too and kept you full for long, although the options were limited. The houses were spacious and cozy. Thanks to Rus and other staff for organising tours and trips for us, along with providing us with taxis from and to the port. There is Atuh beach nearby, where it was great fun to swim, although there was quite a bit of walking and climbing up and down the rocky stairs to get there. Beware that you can't swim at the Diamond beach. I also recommend bringing swimming shoes with you to Atuh beach as the bottom of the sea is rocky! There is a nice restaurant nearby, called AB bar and resto. Highly recommend!

The houses could have been cleaned more often, but that didn't bother us. In one of the houses, the bathroom door couldn't be closed from the outside, so we were moved to a different house.

The property is perfectly located near the Diamond Beach, it's within walking distance. It is perfect if you wish to go for sunrise views without the crowd! The facilities were very cleaned and the bed and pillow were one of the most comfortable we had the whole trip! The air con was great and shower was hot! So good for the price! It's also close to very nice restaurants and the property has an amazing view! Easy if you don't want to be driving so much! Not to mention the owner, a local to Nusa Penida who is the most lovely host! He was so helpful organising transfers for us and even took us to a local restaurant which was THE BEST! We had a very wholesome experience, not just an accomodation but a leap into their culture! I felt very glad to be supporting a local in his new business! He is such a good person! We became friends and are for sure coming back to Nusa Penida just to visit him. All of that in just 1 night stay! Can't recommend it enough! Just do it!!

Nothing! I love it all

Everything was amazing! I stayed here 2 nights in July with early arrival and checkout at 10 AM because of the flight back home. The location, the view, the facilities, the comfort, the bed, the atmosphere, the breakfast, the hospitality.. Rus arranged for me the transfer from the port to the hotel, the round trip on the next day, and the ride to the port on my back home. They also allowed me to pay for all these services with visa cart (thanks for this!!! The place is 10 min walking distance from Diamond Beach. Unbelievable beautiful place. And the ocean view from the garden is fantastic. Definitely recommend it, and I will book again when in Nusa Penida.

It was perfect!!!

Location was pretty close to Diamond Beach of course, took me like 13min to walk there. Also the room was clean, air conditioning was superb and I loved how you could hear the "jungle sounds" to the bungalow at night. And such a good price point too - staff was very nice. I could've stayed for longer!

The lady who showed me the room was I think on a video call with someone else at the same time, which felt a bit weird as normally people give you the attention. But a minor thing, apart from that everything else was amazing with the staff!

The location was a bit remote (as is everything on Nusa Penida, essentially) but because of that, the view was stunning. There was a chair to swing in overlooking the cliff which was a beautiful way to wake up. The staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot and made sure we had a great stay, and the bungalow itself was very cute, nicely made up, and homey. My friends and I had a great stay here (and cuddling one of the owner's little puppy was very much a bonus!).

I really like this place super cosy.. the place have a mountain view. The bungalow was perfect clean, spacious and big, new build and they have table and chair outside where you can eat and enjoy the fresh air and quite place. What I really like as well is that they have small clothes rack outside where you can hang your wash clothes or the wet ones because some lodging don't have like that. If your planning to stay near diamond beach.. definitely I will recommend this.

The place was very quite and if your travelling with your partner, make sure don't make love so loud.. 🤣 because it can be heard from the outside. It was around 5:30 pm and I was sitting on the table outside of my room, enjoying the view while having snack and suddenly i heard my neighbor moaning so loud.. it makes me laugh so hard... HAHAHA! Well it's really up to you guys, just heading you up. Anyway enjoy the vacation 🤣

The Staff (Rose) was really nice, providing full assistance at any time! The bungalow was amazing, and the included breakfast was also really good. You can get food and drinks at reception as well. Located close to Diamond beach and attractions (5 min), it's definitely a beautiful place to stay. I also had the chance to meet the owner (Agus), very kind guy. Next time I'll surely stay here again!

At evening/night time you have to reach them on the phone, but they showed up asap, so no complaints at all, it was amazing!!!

Great location, very lose to Diamond Beach and Atuh beach (waking distance). Fantasic value for money with very good breakfast included. The smoothie bowls were great. Rus who worked here was lovely and very helpful and booked us Tai's, scooter and a ferry as we needed it. With only four bungalows on site it was very peaceful and quiet. A great spot to watch sunrise and spot birds. I would stay again.
