+ Great location in Page with great value for money. + Near gas station, supermarket and some fast food/restaurants. + Very quiet situation. + Close to the main touristic attraction by car (Horseshoe band 2min, Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon 10min, Grand Canyon and Monument Valley, 2 hours). + We had a bedroom with balcony and nice view over the desert. + Included breakfast was OK. + Baby crib provided as requested. + Big free parking lot with many available spaces.

- Smell of the bedroom when we entered the room. It felt really musty. - Furnitures looked a little bit old and bathroom was quiet small. - Heater/AC works very good but very loud.

Comfortable, large room with walk out balcony/patio style door, that helps to air out room and shortens the distance you need to move your things from/to car. Spacious room, fridge, microwave, etc Had a good sleep. Good breakfast with hot items, plus the usual ones. Convenient location. Would stay again. Page has many amazing natural sites, both for a feeand free, great views (not from this property but in general)

In the morning, could hear others slamming doors (not their fault, the doors have strong springs), not too bad though.

This is the cheapest hotel I have ever stayed at in the US, but it was still quite good. We were three people in the two-queen room, and it was relaxing and suitable for us. The hotel is by the highway and very close to the city center. We stopped by on our way to Horseshoe Bend and the Grand Canyon the next day. They serve breakfast, which is nice of them for that price, but unfortunately, I can't say that the breakfast was good. Still, it's a plus.

The bathroom could be larger, and the breakfast could be improved. I am from Türkiye, and these breakfasts are not satisfying for me.

Great location if you want to visit Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend or the Antílope Canyon. Friendly staff at all times. The included breakfast is very good and very convenient! Great to have parking for free! You also have a Walmart, a gas station and a Jack in the box just around the building.

The A/C system in the room was kind of old and noisy. We tried to set the temperature to a regular standard but it would stop and restart at random times. So the room was so hot at some times and too cold at some point. This caused my wife getting a cold which was quite unpleasant.

Location is on the edge of town - but that's not a problem as Page is small and you drive everywhere. The hotel is newish. Breakfast is pretty good for a motel/buffet affair. The pool seemed unused as it is located in the middle of the car park. The staff were fine but seemed a little "shy" compared to your average American welcome.

Use of disposable plates, bowls and cutlery. All 8 of the properties we stayed at used these. What is wrong with the US and the climate - no attempt to be green. What's wrong with putting plates in a dishwasher.

Clean, comfortable room - nice little balcony with chairs. Pool was lovely on a hot day - clean, plenty of towels and sunbeds with umbrellas for shade. Warm welcome from the lady on the reception desk. While not in the very centre of Page, well-located on a main road, close to amenities and only a couple of mins from the rest of Page.

Small square pillows were a bit unusual and not the comfiest, would have preferred the usual rectangles really. Small grocery section was pretty expensive - Walmart is very close though, so not a big deal.

Separate sliding door exit to each room

Horribly uncomfortable sleeping pillows. It interrupted my sleep how flat they were and the it was very rough to my face to sleep on thus didn't sleep adequate or long enough. Couldn't even take a bath cuz the stopper wouldn't close so the way(& needed it for my disability since the Jacuzzi is closed) so I was overly tired and hurting bad with my spinal fusion but everything else was great.

We would like to thank Sunny who worked at the front desk. He was most helpful for us. First we were not sure whether we could visit the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon in the same day, both of which we have booked in advance but the schedule was too closed to each other. He helped us calling these places and reassured us that we could do so. Finally we went to the Upper Antelope at 10.30 AM and the Lower Antelope in the afternoon. Sunny have made our trip a fruitful experience. Thanks very much, Sunny.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sunny. We were lucky to meet him at the font desk. He was friendly and most helpful. My daughter was frustrated about the time conflicted schedule to visit the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon. We were not sure whether we could go there both in the same day. Sunny was so kind to contact both places for us even in late evening and early in the morning. Finally we could see how beautiful they both were. Without Sunny we must not have this chance.

During our road trip, we were looking for a place to stay for the night and didn’t expect to like it this much. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly kind. We were also completely satisfied with the breakfast. Because of this, we even adjusted our plans for the next day so we could return for another night. :) We would happily recommend this accommodation to others as well.

The only thing I missed from the room was a kettle but it didn't impact the stay at all. :)
