Location and the staff both were very fine and the hotel has a nice view. Pillows were massive, but it could be a personal preference, not necessarily something good/bad. Food in particular was pretty nice.

Internet was a joke here. Literary I had kBPS downloads and barely connected. I don't think you can call this wifi! I had to use my cellular data and given this is Page AZ, sometimes you don't get the best reception. If you are travelling through Page and want to explore the area, you will struggle a bit to even open your map. I think this is just something easily fixable from the hotel.

Loved how comfortable the beds were, the pillows were awesome. Cozy rooms, AC worked, good location. Staff was amazingly friendly for all interactions, including the lovely woman at breakfast who made rounds at the buffet to ensure everyone was happy. Great view, nice city. They had a list of staff favourite restaurants, as well as clocks on the wall with Utah and Arizona time. Breakfast was great.

The cleaning was subpar. Rooms weee very clean, but housekeeping left pieces of our trash on the ground after coming in to clean on the first day. Not the end of the world for us, we just picked it up and tossed it out again, but shouldn’t have to. One of my pillows also had some black spots on it, but we had 4 pillows each so I just tossed it to the chair during the stay.

I accidentally booked this location instead of the Best Western across the street. Fortuitous mistake! First the view from our room looked right down on Lake Powell. So does the hot tub. It was 40 degrees and we still enjoyed sitting out there watching sunset. JT is incredibly attentive and friendly. He saw there were 3 of us and automatically gave 3 keys. Just always going the extra mile. The breakfast was really good-waffles eggs bacon grits. The lady who runs the breakfast is as nice as JT. I really love this place and highly recommend it.

Wish the hot tub was open at 7 am for sunrise 😊 Otherwise the place was perfect

The main thing I would say is that there are 2 1st floor rooms above reception that have windows that look directly out onto the concrete roof over the entrance and that is literally all you see, a block of concrete. We were allocated one of these rooms and told that was the only remaining King Room available. We ended up swapping for a Queen Room but feel.like these 2 rooms should possibly be at a reduced rate and people informed rather than turning up having paid the same as other people for a King room and in my view having a substandard room

Breakfast was good, and personnel who work in the kitchen were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay.

Front desk staff was useless, not friendly, and rude, except a man who came to help us to open a balcony door. Though we made reservation 2 mo ago we got a room on the lower level where everybody could look in our room bypassing. When I asked for another room I was told that we came too late, ( 6 pm ), and there are no other rooms available. When I asked to break my $20 dollars to leave a tip, they said they don’t have any change, and told me where to go to drive to the first store to break my bill. I didn’t expect that from a front desk people. They present the brand!!

The location was great despite expecting to be besides the lake due to the name of the hotel! You could see a tiny sliver of water in the far distance. Anyway it made us chuckle! The staff were great there was a distinct manager presence. The vibes were friendly, the included breakfast was great, atmosphere was friendly. It was terrific value! Complimentary tea and coffee all day

I asked for some local walks but was provided with 2 sheets - 1 so small typing I couldn't read the other a 10km walk around Page! A little local insight would have been helpful or at least a suggestion of where to find this info - there is a little walk very close by to "The hanging gardens' which is good for a little early evening stroll etc

I like the service there as people are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed seeing the gorgeous view of the Grand Canyon in the patio. The location of the hotel is prefect as it is situated at the heart of the town and it takes only 5 minutes’ drive to Lower Antelope. Tho room is spacious and clean. The breakfast provided is decent.

It's good property to stay for short days like a day or two. Staff is super friendly and location is amazing. Very near to all major tourist Attractions at Page. You can see nice dam and lake Powell view. Overall good stay.

No hot water was there but it was problem due to common pipe broken and affecting that full area. Hotel given us option to cancel the booking or with 50% discount. So nothing to blame or nothing to dislike.

The room was clean and I know the bed was new because a dumpster was full of mattresses. They were friendly and helpful when I stumbled in at 3:30 AM after finishing my 50 mile ultra marathon . I was able to get a late check out and another key card because mine did not work. The bed felt so comfortable only topped by the hot shower. The breakfast was good after the race also, carbs and lots to choose from.

That the sun came up way to early, the hotel had no control over that.

The view is spectacular! The staff really placed us in adjacent room as requested. The location is great. I would have stayed a bit longer if our trip allowed. But worth really coming back! I have to see the rest of the tourist spot in that area. Will recommend to friends

The smell outside, smell like sulfur. I dont know where it was coming from but it was not smelling like that in the hotel balcony. Only at the parking lot as we were loading up to leave . But the hotel is commendable!
