Pool and terrace with amazing view. Hotel was modern, clean, no bedbugs! Selection of food on bfast - 10/10. Our 4ppl room was spacious. Staff very nice and friendly.

At first, I got upset. Receptionist stated I have two rooms when i only booked one room. Said the only thing I changed from Booking.com was leaving on Tuesday instead of Wednesday and showed her the confirmation. Said there’s nothing she could do and said I had to fix it! We sat down and put booking.com on speaker and waited. The manager was behind us and heard us talking. She offered to help and fixed everything & not sure why the lady at the desk couldn’t help us or say we have a manager that can take a look for you?????? So, a big THANK YOU to Caitlin who was covering for the manager that was on leave.

Clean, cozy, comfortable, breakfast buffet and restaurant/bar, nice views from our back/west side room, in-room coffee/tea maker. Friendly staff.

We liked everything except we wished a lotion dispenser was included (like the shower-soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers) as we had no lotion and most comparable hotels provide lotion in the room too (especially in ultra-dry AZ desert climate).

Every corner of the property was exceptionally clean and there was no waiting time for any services this time of the year, which I’d consider a peak season. The staff was remarkable, no questions left unanswered, nothing they couldn’t do

Breakfast didn’t really go well on our second day, but it’s understandable. Have been waiting for my oj for quite a while

We were very impressed with the breakfast, particularly the focus on organic/sustainable food and the fact that cutlery, mugs and plates were made out of metal/china/hard material and not single-use plastic and paper.

I didn't like the fact that information in the room could only be accessed with a QR code. A sheet of paper would be so much simpler, particularly for people who don't want to use their phones all the time for health reasons.

The room was super clean. Both Queen sized beds were very comfortable. In addition to the bathroom being clean, the water pressure was great! Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. Parking is plentiful. The pool area is well maintained and quite relaxing. The bar staff that day was great. He was super friendly and great for tips and advice on new drinks. Staff upon checking in was friendly and professional.

Ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken.

Staff were very nice. Room was incredibly clean and modern. Bed was heavenly. Our view was great. The continental breakfast was really good. They have a Starbucks in the main bar area, which was a nice touch. We did not eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. Many people were eating there, so it was probably good. But the menu was kind of small (upscale bar food), so we went out for more variety. But location was good, so it was easy to go out to places.

Nothing really, I suppose it would be nice if they had more options for dinner.

Checked in early and given a room facing north with a great view overlooking Glen Canyon Dam and the road bridge. Hotel has a nice terrace with the same overlook. Breakfast was self service buffet and was fine with plenty of choice. Very conveniently located for visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.

Swimming pool was quite small and could do with a few more loungers and shade. Air conditioning in the bedroom was quite noisy.

Good hotel, usually nothing to worry about with Hyatts. Rooms are large, clean and got all you’ll need for one or more nights in.

The hotel bar seemed to experience a staff shortage and ordering food and drinks at night was rather complicated.

Very noisy air conditioning even with low fan. It is very surprising to have such a noisy air conditioning when the hotel is new
