Breakfast was fine. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.

The coffee maker was missing the tray so we couldn't make coffee. It took a LONG time to check in. I di d an online check-in to supposedly avoid this, but still had to check in at the desk. The staff person spoke so softly I could barely hear her. She had a lot of trouble with the computer system and card reader. Perhaps you need to upgrade your software. In the middle of my check-in, she waited on another guest so it took even longer. I thought that was rude. She did the same thing when I purchased items from the snack bar. I felt that she should have told the other person that she'd be with them in a moment after she finished checking out my purchase. And again, she seemed to have trouble finding prices of items on the computer.

There were plenty of options for breakfast and it filled us up. The room was clean and they had nice crisp white sheets over the duvet instead of nasty bedspreads like other hotels. The bathroom was really clean and smelt ok not musty. The room keys worked well and the office people were friendly. The parking was nice and was easy access to the hotel.

The bathroom drains smelt bad when you went by them. They drained really well just smelt bad. The swimming pool towels barley covered anything but did dry us off. Don't know why all the lights above the doors on the third floor were cracked but it didn't look the best. It gave a run down appearance even though the hotel was not run down but really nice.

Great location, good size rooms and comfortable beds, nice view from balcony. Breakfast was basic but fine, staff were helpful changing rooms.

Had to move rooms due to noisy account ducts, moved next door no problem and it was better. Surely they know about this room 201? Just as well we moved, room hadn't been cleaned properly, lots of hair trimmings in the shower, opened the cabinet drawer and the leg fell off, luckily my wife caught the tv! The pool was too hot and we got a rash, it was hotter than the hot tub, next day it was much cooler. Nice bright hotel but its the small details that make them better.

The room was great especially for the rate we had. Room was very clean & spacious. The hotel clerk was extremely helpful & nice! It may seem silly, but when my fiancé & I were searching in the lobby for some tea, he came up & offered to make us some hot water. At the previous hotel, we didn’t have the machines in the room to make hot water, and when we asked to use the equipment that was in the breakfast area, we were told it’s for breakfast. Whereas here, he automatically offered assistance even though we had the machine in our room. We did it ourselves since we have what we needed, but him being so kind made a difference for us in our trip & experience in comparison to other places.

The washer/dryer not being included - having to pay to use was the only downside. I wish the rooms had more lighting. The room was bright enough if you turned on all the lamps but it would have been nice if there was a bigger ceiling light that lit up the room instead of having to use multiple lamps.

The location was very close to Lake Powell and Horseshoe bend and the good restaurant called Sunset 89 The staff was super helpful. Pradeep or Pramod and Hanna went beyond and helped us getting the right room type inspite of the full busy season. Unlike other hotels that we stayed in flagstaff and Tuba City, this hotels breakfast had many options like scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, apples, yogurt, juice, breads, muffins etc

Nothing really . Just a note, the Lake Powell view rooms will have only some view of the dam and Lake Powell so don’t come with the expectation that it’s on the lake. But the view especially sunset/ sunrise time with orange pink of the sky is amazing.

The reception was extremely helpful and friendly! Hannah was very assistive and welcoming. Room was really clean, however, when you take a shower in the cabin it leaks to the bathroom I was a bit away from slipping and falling which could have ended up not in a good way.

Elevators were a bit dirty and needed deep cleaning. Breakfast can be better on the same amount of money spend on it. I was staying on the 4th floor and all the light fixtures were broken on the floor, the fixtures desig n was broke , looked like electrician could not figure it out and just broke it, to switch the bulb.

The breakfast was outstanding! This is a big deal to us when selecting a hotel. The breakfast here was the best of our vacation. We are always careful about the cleanliness of the rooms and we were not disappointed! The hotel was responsive and cooperative with all requests and questions. We would stay hear again whenever possible.

The first night we had problems with the TV. We called and they offered to bring us a different TV but we were already unpacking. The next night it seemed to be okay. Small issue.

Very modern and elegant looking. Large bathroom vanity with plenty of room for make up bags. Blackout Roman shades at the window. Small size luggage cart which was easy for a single woman to handle. Good water pressure in the shower and the modern glass doors on the shower. I requested an extra blanket and it was a down-like quilt quality blanket. So cozy and perfect for someone who is always cold. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. Kudos to their housekeeping staff.

The shower had a dripping leak and made it difficult to completely turn off the shower. It most likely needs to be repaired. Room 318

The property itself was amazing. Very clean and had all that we needed. Free breakfast was also a welcomed perk. My lower score is simply due to a poor check in experience. Our check in was a bit of a nightmare, we arrived at 5am. I had advised I would be arriving very late, when we arrived the front desk worker was very unaccommodating. He kept insisting he had “already done his night audit” and made it seem like we were bothering him by trying to check in for the room we had booked months in advance. He told us “we should have called” - to which I explained we had delayed flights. This was out of our control and we were exhausted and already booked the room. Being that this is a hotel, they should be used to this? People’s travel plans often shift and their check in desk is open 24/7. So I’m not sure what his issue was and why it took him so long to actually agree to check us in. I selected to pay on arrival, as my friend was meant to pay for my room. He charged my card on file instead and offered no solution to resolve this.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. The breakfast included eggs, sausage and biscuits as well as the usual continental breakfast items. Denny’s is right next door and open 24 hours. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. She seemed distracted by her phone and having to check us in was a bother. We had a very noisy family in the room next to us that continued to be loud past 11 pm. The walls are very thin so everything they did was heard.
