The location was very good, easy to find, big parking outside. The room was spacious and bed was comfy enough. Everything seemed clean.

The breakfast was very poor. We came to visit from Europe and we are used to have a proper food for breakfast, a good choice as well. But here.. we had a weird thing that looked like scrambled eggs and premixed waffles stuff that wasn’t eatable, runny coffee 🤦‍♀️ but other than that the hotel was nice to get a night rest.

Conveniently located for horseshoe bend. Beds were comfy and staff was very friendly. Check in was quick.

You could tell that the hotel isn’t very new but it was okay and didn’t impact my stay. What I really didn’t like was that cutlery as well as plates, cups etc for breakfast were plastic or paper? So wasteful and didn’t help elevate the feeling of the hotel.

Good location, drive close to the upper antelope Canyon , also close to the lower antelope Canyon. Breakfast is simple not too many food but are ok. There are Pancake you can make it yourself, Egg, sausage, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt.

more breakfast food will be a plus. but the price already good enough. this hotel is really good enough.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All questions answered and helpful advice given. Staff was constantly cleaning and tidying common areas. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

Maybe an extra luggage cart or two. It wasn't the motel's fault, but one motel guest sat reading her book, with all her luggage on the cart for over an hour, waiting for her husband .

Comfortable, quiet room. Spacious. Large bathroom. Decent breakfast. Ice machine conveniently located.

Refrigerator was good size but didn't have a freezer. We need a freezer to keep our ice packs frozen, we travel with food. Two luggage racks would be nice, two people two suitcases and there is never a second rack.

Room, breakfast staff great. Vending machine at ice maker would not dispense after twice swiped at $5 each for a soda. Staff could not help with that. Said call the number on machine. I did, it sent me to an extension that said voice mail not set up! Hate that machine.

ON THE HIGHWAY AND EASY TO ACCESS. PARKING GOOD. NICE ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. NICE COWBOY SALOON A SHORT WALK AWAY WHICH DOES CATER TO A LOT OF BUS GROUPS BUT SOME LOCALS AS WELL. DEPENDING ON THE CROWD IT CAN BE A REALLY FUN NIGHT WITH A RESIDENT BAND WHO DOE GET THE CROWD UP DANCING. A FUN NIGHT AND A SHORT STROLL HOME THROUGH A VACANT BLOCK OF LAND.

The location was perfect for us..we were 5 minutes from the Horse Shoe bend. The staff was very kind, friendly and professional. The hotel was huge and clean. Our room was extremely clean..and I love how big it was. The breakfast was yummi and super hot..and the coffee was fresh.

Location was perfect for us. Room was larger than the pictures showed. Bed comfy. Shower was powerfully and hot. Breakfast sufficient to set you up for the day. Staff very helpful. Didn’t get to go in the pool as too busy visiting surrounding areas.

I got up a little earlier than my husband and the separate living room space was great!!

I had to go get clean towels each day. Also, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned, The trash wasn't emptied or the bed linens were never changed, I just kept them straightened. When I went to the front desk for clean towels and washclothes, the gentleman at the desk said that the cleaning lady had marked the room had been cleaned.
