Nice and clean inside and with fill kitchen and a full fridge. Comfy bed and great outside sitting area and parking spot. Good location and easy to find. Better than expected. Unfortunately we were staying only 1 night. Wish we stayed longer.

This was absolutely not a hotel/ motel fault by any mean but was very annoying to us being tired after a long day exploring outside - there was a very nasty Chinese guy who kept knocking on our door 112B after we went to bed at 10am, while he apparently was in 112A and despite we saying he was on the other side and not in our studio (apparently as we were already in and after checking the doors around too) returned to our door and was banging on it, so we had to tell him if he dared do it again we’d call the police. Eventually they settled in the room 112A and made a lot of noise late in the night. Absolutely disrespectful.

This place far exceeded my expectations. Very clear instructions were provided in email as to how to get in your room. As soon as I walked into the room I was impressed with how cute and clean it was. Felt spacious and loved the kitchen area. Had everything you would need to cook or clean. The location was the best part. A block away from all restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was a little too firm for my taste but some people like that. The AC was noisy BUT it kept me cool the entire time it was on so I’ll take it.

Staff was friendly and check-in was efficent. Room was clean and everything was working. For my purposes of arriving at 6pm and on road again at 5am, it was perfect. Close to highway, close to food establishments, bed was good and best value I've experienced for an 11 hour place to sleep in a long time. I would definitely stay there again. The previous night I stayed at a Super 8 in Montana, that was $50 more a night and even though the room was larger, it was 1/2 the quality.

An alarm clock on night stand beside bed would be helpful. Older eyes can't read clock on microwave in middle of night, when 1/2 asleep. Also 2 both very full and puffy pillows. Personally, I like a flatter pillow, so if supplying 2, make 1 puffy and 1 flatter. Both are little inconsequential items.

We arrived late at night so front desk was closed. Not a problem. Access with a code in the door was super easy sent by email prior arrival. Totally exceeded our expectations with 2 rooms and 2 big beds. Bathroom with plenty towels and super clean. Location great for going to Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley. Neighbourhood super quiet at night.

Maybe an ice machine outside? Though if outside can be accessed by anyone i guess. Maybe there was one inside but did not see it as front edsk was closed when we arrived at night and let next day early in the morning.

A spacious motel room with a full kitchenette, large TV and couch. On the lawn in front there's a table and chairs and a 2 person rocker. Good pillows, bed is comfortable. Decent hot water for showering with dispensers for shampoo and body wash plus hair dryer. Also good quality bath towels. Rooms are 3 blocks from major shopping district with restaurants, supermarket and dozens of other shops. Free parking directly in front of your room.

No bedside stand to put your items in or own.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The room facilities were great, as was the location. Very clean and well-appointed room. And I always enjoy that classic kind of American motel vibe offered here.

If guests are directed to arrive during a certain period of time for check-in, then staff should be there during that period. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but eventually works out. The digital room locks are problematic...I was locked out of my room twice because the code was invalid and there was no on-site staff to speak with (issues had to be resolved via Booking.com, which isn't always quick). So, minor headaches that need to be resolved, but I would stay here again.

Very cute old motel, just what we like. Lots of character. Office lady was very helpful and friendly.

Didn't like the extremely noisy neighbors on the back side of us. (But that's a price you pay for the old motel, I guess.) Found out the hard way that someone had left a pan of french fries in the oven before our arrival. (Turned oven on to preheat for our supper, and room began filling with a burnt smell.) Obviously the room was not cleaned/checked over thoroughly. (Even after having a note posted that you will ne charged 25 bucks if kitchen is not in same condition as upon arrival.)

Great location - withing walking distance of a Safeway and some of the Antelope Canyon tour providers. There was ample parking at the hotel but it was nice to not have to move my car. The room was very clean and quiet. No big hotel amenities, obviously, and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it suited my needs and was very comfortable (and there was a mini fridge - yay!). I didn't chat with any staff during my stay, but there was great communication prior to my stay via email. Great value, I would totally stay here again.

We stayed at the Dam Motel, right in front of the red rock motel. It has everything you need and the common kitchen is very cute and fully equipped. Coffee was on the house. The AC worked perfectly for heating too (we visited in February). The lock system is awesome. Very clean and tidy, with nice furniture. Parking is available and free everywhere around the motel. Perfect spot to stay at because of the many touristic attractions around.

If I must find something I didn't like at the motel, it is about some minor details. Since we ate some meals in the bedroom, we would have liked 1 more chair in the room (so 2 in total). We would have liked more hangers and bars in the bedroom to hang towels close to the washing basin (which is located next to the bed), and to let the towels dry after the shower and for our coats.

Historical Little Motel on Little Motel Street. Doesn't look like much on the outside but updated and very clean inside. Comfortable bed. It has a nice group kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee pot, and everything you need to cook a meal. Fantastic location to walk to restaurants. We recommend El Tapatio. This motel operates under 2 names Red Rock Motel and The Dam Motel. I wasn't happy to be told we would be staying at a different motel than I booked but it is the same place.

I would have liked a coffee pot in the room.
