I was pleased with the room, it was clean and comfortable.

I was not very happy with the front desk, when we checked in, we had to line up outside in freezing and windy weather conditions. The lobby was nice and clean, but they won't let us get inside. I spoke with someone who stays there often, who says they keep the lobby closed since covid 2020. That is ridiculous, make covid as an excuse so they keep their lobby just for display. We are outside with a couple of children in line with their parents as well. I can't believe they let us outside in the cold, while they are inside in a warm room, very inhumane. We will not come back that's for sure. Poor service and no breakfast as well.

the room was ok for the price.

.- the sink was clogged. I had to brush, was my face…in the shower .- homeless people were outside my room all night. It was really loud at times but I understand management has nothing to do with this.

The room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I were pleased with the room.

The only thing was that my husband and I noticed a hole in the wall it was about the size of a tennis ball.

Staff was supper nice , good price

Some of the walls had stuff on them. On our bathroom door was some one boobie holders ( the sticky strapless ones) stuck to the bathroom door.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was great! My mom left her phone and they found it and held it till we returned to retrieve it.

When I'm having to be in Houston for an extended period this is the hotel I frequent, the rooms are great, and the staff goes above and beyond for their customers!

The location and how comfortable the beds were

My television was stuck on one channel the entire trip so we couldn’t watch tv the entire time of our stay

It was clean and nice and the daytime manager was nice.

One night there was no parking and we had to park at the next hotel down the street. The night manager was rude about it. My boyfriend, brother, and his girlfriend came back late one night and she started interrogating us before we got up the stairs asking what room we were in. I answered immediately what room and explained that we had to park far because there was no parking. It would make sense if we were just hanging around but we were going straight to our room and she would’ve seen what room we were going to, but she questioned us again with attitude after I answered as if we didn’t belong there even though we had just barely made it up the stairs and were still walking to the rooms. It was very unnecessary.
