The facilities, security and ease of access to communicate to the hotel via WhatsApp was superb. The common area had a shared pool, gym and a billiard table. the entire apartment was air conditioned (not with central AC) and specially the dining area and the kitchen had all the basic tools. The smart TV had all apps and a fast internet connection to stream Netflix. Local food shops were right around the corner (including a 24h 7-Eleven) and the railway station was within a 5 min walking distance.

The room AC had to be turned to min to get the cooling (The living area AC worked fine and all rooms and living areas had ceiling fans as well the AC) and the body lotions emptied out in 2 days (they refilled the next day after a WhatsApp msg)

The check in process was too long and complicated.

For early check-out I was disappointed because no one is there to contact at the reception. I was supposed to check out before 8 am but i had to wait until the counter opened. A few more tourists also waited with me to check out. Maybe after this can put someone to handle early check out. Tq

The unit is spacious and the decoration is very nice, the outside view is also very nice. Staff very helpful, they help with the unfunction keypack and changed the room for us immediately after the problem cannot fix. They attend to our request very fast, we can't find electric kettle in our room and we requested, they act very fast. Credit to the staff.

1.The unit didn't provide car park but its stated there parking yes but need to reserve. We did mention to the management we need a car park when booking and they said ask the receptionist when check in. But actually the unit doesn't provide any parking Lot for us, we end up need to park outside. It's okay u stated there, there will be no parking space provided but u can easily find parking outside our hotel, but the info page is misleading. 2. The laundry not very clean, the bed sheet and the towel are very dirty, yellowish stains everywhere.. 3. No hairdryer, I think the hairdryer is very basic that must provide. 3 in 1 Coffee is provided but only 2 packets, we stay for 2 days..

had the pleasure a fantastic Airbnb in Kuala Lumpur and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. Location is very ideal for exploring the city, the cleanliness is very good. It was clear that host takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The residence was equipped with all the modern convenient what you ask for. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, the Wifi was fast and reliable, and there were plenty of entertainment options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and it's will experience that will make more memorable.

The location really nearby to lrt pwtc so I can travel much easier. The best thing is a near to Sunway Putra mall so I got to find my things more easier. And the most important thing the reception staff danial very helpful the Check in process going smoothly and also the check out process also go smoothly by hanis the reception staff. She also help me by showing how I want to go to kl sentral by lrt. Is totally great Staycation definitely will come back.

This is the first time I stayed at Chambers Hotel&Resident with my sister and I am very satisfied in all aspects, the room is very beautiful, clean and complete with equipment, with the city view from my room while raining are one of the best feeling ever🤩, and the price is much more reasonable.. all their staff from the lobby area and also their security guard very helpful and friendly. I will definitely repeat to stay here again with my family!👍🏻

Excellent location. Its near and walking distance to sunway putra mall. There is also a lrt station nearby. If driving to klcc is just only about 10 mins. The unit is itself is very clean and comfortable to stay. Other than that, utensils, towel, shampoo, washing machine are available in the unit which is also very useful.

The room uses a number pad instead of a key card so i had to pull out my phone every time to check the passcode. The netflix couldn't play sometimes due to other rooms using the same account.
