The breakfast is nothing short of magnificent - a huge range of delicious local food, with a smaller selection of 'western style' dishes. All delicious. The room was spacious and the bed reasonably comfortable. I always travel with my own pillow (too many bad past experiences) but in the fact the pillows offered were not too bad. The location is very convenient, right at the top of the 'walking street'. There is plenty of parking.

There was no soap for the hand basin, only shower gel. There was not much in the way of a view - only overlooking carparks. The windows do not open, so even though it was not terribly hot, we had to use the aircon.

My room was really comfortable and the balcony views of the sunset were nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The welcome soft-boiled eggs were delicious and an amusing touch. Breakfast is magnificent - I'm vegetarian and they had a lot of veggie options and the salad vegetables were extremely fresh and a great choice. All the different egg dishes were great too, in particular, the egg with moringa - a local dish. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and efficient, and the Christmas decorations - including the chicken tree - were just lovely. The hotel is right on walking street so perfect location right in the middle of town. The huge umbrellas were also useful and welcome, and the souvenir shop has lots of interesting local gifts.

The hot water in the shower could have been hotter - it was raining outside and cool, and it would have been great if the water was hotter than warm.

This is our 5th stay at the hotel and now our go to when staying in Ranong. We love the restaurant which serves both western and thai food, live music and has a great selection of drinks. And a big plus is the breakfast buffet, amazing choice and even offer it during low season.

Very minor - The fitness center is not in a separate room so the odor from those exercising lingers in an area on the way to the rooms.

It is right in the town centre. Friendly staff. Room with balcony was good. Great breakfast, awesome Thai food, but also toast, eggs, sausages. Lots of Restaurants and pubs around the corner. 7/11 close by. Easy to get a taxi to the pier to get to the islands.

Bit of a walk from the reception to the breakfast area, or to the room. Not the hotel's fault: We would not come again during the rainy saison, it really rained day and night.

The restaurant is not at the hotel but about a 2 minute walk so room service would be a nice option that's not offered

great, clean, big rooms. New hotel, very welcoming. Great location on the walking street of Ranong. The hotel restaurant is great for dinner. The breakfast is an experience in it self. Not the usual western type breakfast, but very tasty with more local, thai specialties. We really enjoyed it as something different. Best place to stay in Ranong by far.

The breakfast was a lovely spread. The beds were comfortable and the little welcome gifts of eggs are a very nice touch. There's also a great little convenience style store in the lobby which is very useful.

I wish I had on known that the 3rd bed in the tripple room was a rollaway bed, not an actual full size bed. I would have booked a different room as my 13 year old is tall and didn't really fit on it.

The location on walkings street was perfect for the night market. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The only slight thing would be that the rooms were a bit dated. The positive things compensated for this.

A comfortable, clean room. Beautiful pool area. Staff were helpful and friendly.. The restaurant at the entrance of the property is outstanding. Thai breakfast was generous and delicious. Very central location close to some great eating places and cafes on the Main street (eg. J&T)

For guests with mobility issues the long walk up the drive for breakfast or eating may be an issue - bit wasn’t for us (and we are “elderly’) Wifi was patchy but so what.

Most comfortable mattress and super comfortable pillows - we had the best sleep here. Swimming pool was great and there was also a small gym which was a bonus. Internet is not good but staff are fantastic and gave us another room with better internet connection.
