No bed bugs as we always check with our UV torch. WiFi is ok too - speed test at roughly 30MBPS down and about 15 up. The shower works perfectly and the room is clean. The breakfast was a traditional Thai breakfast - though the plates were small, it is a buffet. It's a 4 minute walk from the bus station so it's really convenient and doesn't require a taxi or tuk tuk, even when we were carrying loads of luggage. The staff called a company to book the taxi and speedboat to koh phayam too, which was welcomed since the ride hailing apps don't seem to operate here (at least the ones we tried!) The hotel was quiet and the A/C worked perfectly. It doesn't have an auto function but, for those who get warm overnight, it's got a very quiet setting. There's plenty of space in the room too for both storage and the bed. We ended up in a bedroom that had space for a third person too. The hotel itself was fairly empty when we went, even though there are probably only 16 rooms in total.

The view is not great but not awful (close to the back of shops but also a beautiful view of the hill in front). Had some buffering of YouTube videos so maybe there's an inconsistency there.

Great location 250 metres from the bus station. Clean & modern. The gentleman at reception when I arrived on 22/01 and throughout my stay, was was VERY helpful. Safety deposit box in the room. Good fridge. 7/11, a washeteria and two restaurants - one Japanese - 150 metres from the hotel.

Breakfast was very basic but maybe I should be grateful I got a breakfast at all as from my experience of Thailand, breakfast is the exception rather than standard.

Very comfortable stay if you wish to break the journey to Koh Phayam like we did. Walking distance from the busstation. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Warm water, A/C worked well, fridge, kettle available, wifi great. Breakfast was okay. Beds were very comfortable and there is a nice sushi restaurant and 7 Eleven around the corner.

We love this hotel - whenever going to or coming back from Koh Phayam, we always stay here. 2 minutes from the bus station, next door to the 7 eleven, close to lots of food. It is clean and comfortable, a proper hotel feel to it, everything works. Breakfast is simple but good. Bathroom is great with hot water and toiletries. Bed is wonderful.

Tobedzz is a modern, clean and quiet hotel close to the bus station, which is convenient when you need a good nights sleep after a long bus ride. There is some nice thai restaurants in the area. The Raksawat Hot Springs are in a walking distance and a must see if you have time in Ranong.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we arrived at the bus terminal after a long trip. It was possible to check in at 4:30 am and we were able to get a few hours of sleep before we continued our journey. Our room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly.

Communication was a bit challenging as the staff did only speak very little English. However they used google translate so it was not that problematic.

We always stay here on the way to or from Koh Phayam, it's a 2 minute walk from the bus station. Rooms are good, beds comfy, everything works. It's similar to a Premier Inn in the UK. Staff are very friendly, it's always a great place to stay. Breakfast is minimal but nice to have.

Location location location! 2 minutes walk away from the bus station. Spotless rooms with all the amenities you could need, best shower I've had in SE Asia, comfortable beds, helped book taxi + ferry to Ko Phayam everything was 10/10.

Wide Windows were great, great view towards the parking lot. There’s a 7/11 right next to the hotel . Also a nice bakery.

Breakfast is super typical . Very humble rice soup with fried fish. A bit outside of town . 20min walking or you can try a random hitch hike which you can try. Recommendable .

Location good for bus station, night market and more importantly the banks as there are no easy exchange kiosks in Ranong.
