Bed was more comfortable than most in country. Large room. I booked the superior room which is in the back and it was very quiet. Place is close to ATMs, 7-11, street food and market. They arranged taxis to pier and airport for me. Staff did not speak much English but my needs were met, sometimes using google translate. They carried my heavy duffle bag to my room for me. I returned here for another night before flight.

AC control was wierd, couldn't figure out how to change temperature so I just turned it on and off instead of asking staff how to adjust.

Good location in Ranong center. Staff does not speak English but gave us great tip for New Year's celebration. The rooms facing back are quiet. Free parking. Given the low price, the rooms were good value.

The rooms were semi-clean and the halway on the top floor was quite dirty. A lot of mosquitos. Ranong did not seem like a place worthe longer than 1 or max 2-night visit.

The man at the reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived too early at the hotel for check in but they were so helpful.

The only thing to improve is it will be better to have a lift.

A little far from centre

Good convenient location.

Young Man who cleaned the room attempted to con 200 baht from us for cleaning the room. We get the impression he has done this before and gotten away with it. Not good.

Location was good, close to local eateries.

No English spoken here, but some comprehension with gestures/pictures. No elevator. Cafe seating area but no food available. No breakfast available.

Well apointed room in an excellent location.

Staff spoke no "english". No lift made the top floor room a bit of a climb. Restaurant no longer operates.

Cheap and close to the main stress. Staff very helpful.

The power went out at 1pm and we couldn’t make a coffee in the morning and then had to pay for a coffee at reception.

unfortunately the bead was so hard that it was painful. I had to use my bedding and cushions to try to make a comfortable spot to sleep and use the towels as blankets. I was very tired and not rested at all.
