My stay at the Galla was excellent. My room was quite big with a huge king sized bed, it had a great bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. A big bonus was the breakfast in the morning. You could choose what you want at check in for 200 Baht. I got an omelette, club sandwich, salad and coffee. The food was very good, such excellent value. I also got dinner sent to my room from the main hotel restaurant which very good too.

The room safe wasn't working. The staff acted promptly to try to fix it, but I said don't worry about it after it was taking a little time.

This is a wonderful hotel in the center of the city, 5 minutes from the night market. Cleaning every day, a huge bed and dark curtains, we haven't slept so well in a long time. The breakfasts are just great, take them , you won't regret it. There is a nice swimming pool and gym on site. It is ideal to relax by the pool during the day.We rented a bike right at the hotel for 300 baht. We drove around for 3 days, there really is so much to see and these are not tourist places. The atmosphere of real Thailand. I highly recommend this hotel ♥️

The breakfast was excellent a good variety and replenished regularly the location was fine 2nd Street in the city but the taxi service in the town left a bit to be desired with none running past the hotel you had to ask the desk to get you a free wheeler but would you say a sidecar on a motorbike with a seat on it to get anywhere we actually had a car for about 3 days just so we hadn't transport but we did use it to explore otherwise very nice hotel.

As I mentioned the transport situation but the front desk English knowledge was a bit lacking and if my wife and I traveling and she had not been Thai, it would have been a lot harder to communicate. As it was it was very enjoyable Stay and the staff were all helpful and accommodating.

The man at check was very helpful helping with our bags and getting us a taxi to the airport. We liked the Korean restaurant that is at the hotel. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was quiet for sleeping and had a good internet connection. I strongly recommend staying here when in Ranong

The shower doesn't have a door, and water gets on the floor. The lighting in the bathroom was not good All else was good

A really cozy hotel. The room is big enough for 2 people and very clean. Liked the details — bathrobes were a nice touch. I didn't have time to check their kitchen as we stayed for 1 night only, but it was lovely. The bed was comfortable.

The only downside is the noise. Some club outside plays rather loud bass music at night, and in the morning the construction or the staff are pretty loud, too

So clean,food was amazing,room was so comfy would definitely recommend to stay there.

The only negative I did have was when we arrived early we were unable to check in .We arrived at 12pm we were able to use pool ect which was fine but after a long morning to get there would of been good to get to our room..As it was so hot we came back into reception and just waited.A Thai family were checking in and they were shown straight to their room ,I was annoyed and I think reception knew that so then gave us our key .That was the only negative I had.

Very relaxing ambience , close to everything literally. The hotel breakfast buffet is so satisfying, on the second day we have to leave the hotel early morning, but they also provided us a breakfast to go! They also serve Korean barbeque, by order. Farm house resto is also a few meters away, and also walking street ( Saturday), variety of hot springs were also a few minutes away!

The bed is not so good, but the pillow is so comfy.

This hotel was modern, newly built/furnished and had very good facilities. It was really clean, had a lovely bathroom and a super comfy bed with very nice linens. Parking was good and it is handily located for the night market, local restaurants etc It felt good value for money with a fulsome breakfast.

There weren't many places/seats to sit around the pool which is a shame.

Modern hotel near town centre. Friendly, helpful staff - but spoke only little English.Big, clean comfortable room with comfortable bed. Pillows were hard but reception told us at check-in that we could change them for softer ones if we wanted. Very good breakfast with wide selection.

Restaurant and cafe were both closed in their supposed opening hours.

Good location. Easy to find. Close to weekend walking street. Big comfortable bed. Good fitness room with good equipment. Aircon in bedroom very good and quiet Good size pool, in the sun , could maybe do with a bit more seating. Didnt use restaurant as prefer the street food options or off sirr restaurant. Would stay again .
