We were not aware that there is no elevator until we arrived. This should be clearly mentioned in the description as people like us in their 70-80s may have problems climbing 3 floors on the stairs carrying their baggage. No real problem for us but we might have chosen a different Hotel if we had known.

Ok, the lack of windows and coffee/tea making facilities in a hotel room can detract from the guest experience. These amenities are often expected by guests, and their absence can make the room feel less comfortable and convenient. When selecting a hotel, it is important to consider these amenities and choose a room that meets your needs and preferences.

The hotel is easy to reach by car, adequate free parking available near the premises. The rooms were well maintained, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with multiple electrical sockets, and hangers. Wifi worked perfectly well, they have a nice area/Cafe for breakfast and snacks, along with a big and modern expresso machine. The breakfast menu contained quite a few different dishes (all included in the room price) and the price was very competitive considering the standard of this small hotel Staff are very friendly, can communicate well in English and are very helpful The place is very clean. The only area for improvement, especially if guests have luggage is that there is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

Everything is beautiful and clean, the rooms are equipped with everything you need.

The elevator was a big issue, despite calling a head to confirm presents of an elevator - upon arrival there was none, a bug disadvantage for people with disabilities.

I came there late evening, was already dark, I was tired. I wasn't even dreaming of anything good...I saw hotel from outside and I was thinking to myself "whoooops I made a mistake"...until I came inside. OMG Room and the way it was organized, prepared, how clean it was, for sure, it's been beyond what I was even expecting from that price level. Breakfast next day morning just won! Staff was super kind, helpful and served great food with really fantastic tea and coffee! Internet was pretty fast and very stable. Hotel is in a very quiet area - I mean during the night you can sleep without getting any kind of noisy annoyance coming from outside the window. Lobby and coffee place there was just comfy and nice to be at. They sell some local products in a very reasonable prices

Nicely decorated hotel with a really nice pirate themed family room. The breakfast was good also.

No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the fourth floor, there is some work to do. Luckily the hotel staff is happy to help.

A real gem in the heart of the city. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located, yet also quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and I asked for an early breakfast which they were happy to prepare (and was superb). Highly recommended.

There is no lift so if you have heavy bags it could be a bit of struggle getting to the higher floors.

Everything except for the stairs to 4th floor

No lift, we requested a double bed as it was an option, staff moved the two super size king single beds together. My wife hit her head on a beam walking up the staircase

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff were very pleasant and polite. There are food options nearby.

The breakfast was not the best although the coffee was fabulous. The breakfast was cold by the time it reached the table. There were some fruits available and juice.
