This property is absolutely stunning, with peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views that made it the perfect escape. The rooms were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a comfortable stay every single day. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us welcome with a genuine kindness. The homemade breakfasts were a highlight of our mornings—fresh, delicious, and made with care, leaving us excited to wake up each day. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional service, this is the place to be!
The only minor downside was that the rooms were a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return!

Randy, the owner and host, treated us like family, making us feel right at home! We arrived late afternoon, and in 10 minutes we were sitting on the front porch enjoying the gorgeous view eating warm, homemade berry cobbler with ice cream! The room provided all we needed, which also included lounging robes. We enoyed the morning sitting on the deck right outside our room, with freshly brewed coffee, watching the birds flitter in the beautiful gardens. Then dined for breakfast, enjoying the best breakfast Ive had in a B and B, or restaurant. We look forward to staying at Blue Mountain Mist again in the future. Thank you, Randy, for your wonderful hospitality!
Absolutely nothing. I would not change a thing.

So this was both me and my wife's first experience at a bed and breakfast. It was our two year wedding anniversary and I wanted to do something different. From the moment we pulled in from the time we left everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was exceptional and always made sure that we had everything we needed. The refrigerator downstairs was always full of sweet tea (my favorite drink). The food, everything ranging from breakfast our first morning there to dinner was some of the best food we've ever had. There is a level of comfort that unless you stay there you can't describe. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and never truly felt "comfortable" at any of them. This was almost like being at home. The owners make you feel like family. We will be going there every year for our anniversary going forward. This was seriously one of the most amazing experiences we've had going on a trip.
Trying to find something I didn't like is not easy. But, if I have to make one little nitpick. Let's get rid of that nasty ACT II popcorn and go for the good stuff. Blast-o-butter. You get that and it's over with. But in all seriousness there's nothing negative about this place.

We loved our stay at Blue Mist . I would say it’s a little piece of heaven on earth . We enjoyed the cottage we stayed in . It was prefect! Cozy comfortable and so very clean (spotless) The breakfast was homemade by chef and the blueberry syrup was amazing . Everything was delicious 😋 I loved the atmosphere very peaceful. The staff are mostly family and down to earth good Folks that know how to make you feel welcome . P.S. The daily dessert are over the top delicious 😋
I can’t say that there was anything thing I didn’t like ! The only thing is we couldn’t stay longer ! Wonderful

The location was fantastic! away from all the traffic and craziness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still close to everything. The room was spotless, and the amenities were great. We didn't arrive or book in time to get on the list for dinner service, but it smelled delicious, and they provide all guests with desert and have beverages readily available. Breakfast service was great as well. They even inquire for any food allergies in advance which was great for me since I have one. Tons of places to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. My husband and I can't wait to go back.
There was nothing I didn't like about the Inn. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. The shower pressure was good and the water hot. I wish we had booked the entire weekend instead of popping in on a spontaneous adventure.

Beautiful grounds surrounding the property. Very relaxed atmosphere with different drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc) and desserts in the evening to enjoy. And the breakfasts are always fresh, homemade and delicious! The staff is very gracious and accommodating as well. The rooms are colorful and quaint, and the beds are super comfy! If you get a room or cottage with both a spa tub and fireplace, you'll be 100% relaxed. It's one of our favorite places to visit!
This was the first time we've seen dust webs throughout the cabin up around the ceilings. The bathroom ceiling looked dirty and needed its due maintenance. The vent was very dirty, too. The front entry needed swept as well as the back porch. Spider webs were on the swing. Our pull out couch bed was broken. My sister lay down on it and fell through the top of it to the floor. We literally had to pull her out... The manager made amends regarding the situation, but one of us had to sleep on the recliner all night. The manager knew it had been broken but said his maintenance man was sent to fix it and told him it had been done. Apparently not!.. Thank goodness it didn't happen to my 80 yr old mother who was going to lay down on it. The couch should have already been replaced!!

The breakfast was exceptional! We actually bought their cookbook so we could learn to prepare what we had for breakfast. Only stayed one night. Our room (in the actual inn) didn't meet the requirements we needed - still really nice though! They MOVED US to a cabin, and it was only a little more! Was so thankful they cared enough to do this for us. It was heavenly! Just what we needed after a strenuous week. Cannot wait to go back and experience more - especially the hand prepared meals! We will then pay to experience their dinners and spa services. Can't wait to schedule.

Grounds. Breakfast. Themes of rooms. Gift shop. Free postcards. Free parking. Sheets on the beds and the bed. The staff. Dessert. The cats. The ambiance. The location. The Southern feel warms my heart!!!
Not a fan of the Italian crème cake. Noisy…could hear every movement in the room above us to included flushing the toilet. The air con was noisy and made a buzzing sound. The shower curtain was pink with mold on the bottom.

Beautiful place stunning views especially from the peaceful comfortable porch area. Extensive grounds to walk in. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and beverages area available all day with desert treats from 6pm. Room delightful with balcony and a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so very much.
It was perfect. No problems.
