Friendly staff that was refreshingly courteous. I especially want to comment on the helpfulness of the security guard on duty Saturday night. He is the epitome of southern hospitality. He deserves a raise! Further, the young lady who checked us into the hotel was highly efficient and friendly. My brother brother and I are pleased to have selected your establishment.

Well, it would be helpful to have more than one luggage cart for all of the guests. I can't think of any other potential opportunities for growth/improvement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped room. Comphortable bed. Real warm breakfast. Sitting/picniquing area outside with a BBQ grill. A smoker's corner outside with chairs and roof protecting from rain (to whom it may concern). Quick and easy access from/to highway. Clean and pet-friendly - thank you for welcoming our little dog, she was happy staying there :)).

Located near many restaurants and Walmart so we didn’t have to go far after hours on the road. Check-in was fast and easy. Room was comfortable and worth the low price we paid. We will be back!

It’s a small thing to complain about, but our room only had 2 washcloths for 3 people. We had to ask the front desk for additional so we could all be clean.

The people who work at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. After a long day of travel, it is so nice to be met by friendly people. Everyone that we encountered and spoke with who works at the hotel was that way. Nice and happy to help if we needed anything or had any questions. Most industries (not just hotels) have staffing issues these days that affects the quality of everything, but this hotel is doing something right because they have better staffing than anywhere I've stayed in the last few years. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast offerings were restocked all throughout breakfast, so that later sleepers in my family had the same breakfast options as the early risers did. I only travel a couple times a year to visit family, but this was the best hotel experience I've had over the last few years and this will be the first place I look for a room next time I am visiting family again. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a bathroom sink that had a drainage issue, but the people who work at the front desk sent maintenance to fix it. Everyone that works there that we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. That makes a huge difference when there are issues (like a slow draining sink) that arise.

The lady who checked me out was absolutely amazing, I had a question about what I was charged, and she wasn't sure why, but she looked until she had the answer for me. She went above and beyond very friendly. Great assist to your company. I totally forgot her name, but I'm sure you can find out who she was!

Can't say there was anything I didn't like!!

the little kitchen was great to have, the ice machine worked good, the location was good, the staff was fabulous. the room does what it needs to, it’s older so it’s expected to have wear & tear like it did.

the gym wasn’t well kept, treadmill actually had a slit in the walking pad, nothing to wipe equipment down with. the rooms had some lack to detail cleaning, not terrible just a bit which gave a kind of ick.

The check-in staff and process were excellent. There were no issues at all, and the staff were very friendly. This was the first time I stayed here, and I will most definitely stay again.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. Everything was perfect. Secured parking lot, clean room, friendly staff all the way around.

Plenty of shopping options in the area

The staff upon check in was very rude. Several other customers complained about her also. She reported the pool was close, to find out the next day it was never closed she just didn't want to open the pool.

Close to everything we plan to do. Very secure place to stay. Apartment was nice and clean.

Stayed for 7 days and only had 2 sets of bathroom towels, had to wash everyday, could of like at least 2 sets each for myself and my husband.

The room was really nice and perfect for our group, we all enjoyed our stay. Apart from that the staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful.
