The cottages are very clean and bug free! I didn't use the pool but saw it was taken care of and looked great. The office guy was very nice. We booked a room with two queen beds and I was surprised at how much space there was when I opened the door to go inside. I also love how close to the water Bayfront cottages are. The Bayfront pier is in great shape. This place definitely gives you more bang for your buck! Also its located close to several things like Fulton Mansion, lots of restaurants, shops, museums, parks and the beach. Bayfront is very pet friendly! They have a small area you can take your pet to use the bathroom and a trash can to dispose of their waste. The pet fee is only $15 per night.

No complaints about this place.

The rooms we're spacious, clean, beds well made, trash cans in rooms and outside, pier fishing access (Caught multiple species, Bait shop next door is kinda expensive) Egret (Named Jack) that I named is a beautiful specimen that arrives in mornings and nights to spend your evenings with on the pier (feed him, it is worth the company.) Lights on pier, (need upgrades) pier needs repairs but otherwise structurally intact. Met a new friend next door.

Pier needs repairs, they don't offer cleaning rags for the room for a week stay. (It gets messy and a rag is handy over paper towels (more trash) Do not stain anything! The owner's wife freaks out over stains and tries charging cash, instead of deducting fro the deposit, as required.Water has smell faucet, no bath's. Owner's wife lied on phone about weekly rates but they advertise weekly sign. Priceline booked for week. Owner's son in law ripped through parking lot on Christmas night, after making his girlfriend cry and she was covering her face. There was children booked into the hotel at the time, reversed into a parking spot and spun front tires out of the spot while she was sobbing in passenger seat.

The location was perfect and the staff was great with handling all my needs the dock was the best part of it so close within walking distance the beds were comfortable the price was great for the stay the pool was clean and nice to cool off for the night. The shower was great on pressure.

The location is great, right by the water and the Fulton mansion is next door. Owners were extremely nice. The room is bigger than it looked online, extra chairs in the room besides the couch for seating and a large table to pull out to eat on. There is a dock for fishing. Nice big shower, and very clean.

I would have given them a 10, except the ac in the room is a bit small, they did have set on 60 but too small for room size, just not as cold as I like it, but still it was cool, TV is small hard to see from beds. The dock needs some repairs boards sticking up in places, easy to trip.

Family owned they were so nice! Cottages looked to be freshly remodeled, swimming pool was clean. Pier was right across the street. Walking distance to food. People were so friendly met lots of new friends! CAN'T wait to book again!

Me and my son had a great time. It was in the most perfect location; The price was amazing and right across their private pier so perfect f or fishing. My son enjoyed everything. The lady to the office recommended restaurants and other places to visit while we stayed.

The outside there was trash, but I understood cause some ppl when they check out they do not pick up after themselves. But overall, everything was amazing. A little trash did not stop us from enjoying our vacation.

Great location, friendly staff

Some of our “neighbors” were a little obnoxious, it was dated, definitely could use some updating but for the price we were more than satisfied and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, literally across the street from their private fishing pier. Next door to the Fulton Mansion. This place is primarily used for fishing trips so you won't find cushy amenities. It's clean and safe and comfortable, and the staff were very nice but it's not cushy at all. If you're looking for an excellent place to fish, with a bait shop in walking distance, this place is perfect. If you're looking for cushy, try the fancier hotels nearby.

It was a bit outdated with wobbly picnic tables and some broken or boarded up windows, probably leftover hurricane damage, but could use some work on the overall looks of the place.
