Position of the hotel, walking distance everywhere. The breakfast was delicious. The family room was spacious for the four of us.

We were told breakfast was from 0730am, however it was usually 0800am, this didn’t worry us except the last day when the taxi came at 0830am to take us to the airport and we waited for breakfast from 0730 and did not eat till 0810am after it was set up, hence a big rush.

we arrived on the late midnight flight. the hotel door was understandably locked at that time, but it took 10-15 minutes before they responded to the doorbell and phone calls to unlock the door and let us in. Stressful standing on the street at 12:30 am not knowing if we were going to have a place to stay or not. after that, everything was great, but staff should try to be aware of when they have travelers coming in late based on the submitted flight info.

no elevator, need to klimb one floor to the reception and the rooms with the luggage you have(in our case was a lot because we where on the way for scientistic expedition in Antarctica)

The hotel is lovely from the outside - very classic historic building. The inside is a bit run down but the room was comfortable. There is no elevator and it's up a flight of stairs just to get to reception plus more to get to your room. We were just there one night but our flight the second day didn't leave until 9pm. We were able to leave our suitcases with them while we went on a tour to Magdalena Island to see the penguins and to walk around town afterward. We were able to just hang out in the hotel lobby for a few hours before heading to the airport as well.

It would be nice if there was an elevator but it is an historic building so understandable that there isn't one.

I had ample space in my triple room and a great view overlooking the plaza since I was on the corner. The amenities are basic but they are everything you need. The walls are a little thin but nobody was being loud. I would recommend requesting an upper level room because the floors creak, if that bothers you. Breakfast was hot and ready with plenty of dining space in a sunny breakfast room. I've stayed here before and it's just an easy reservation, I'll stay again I'm sure.

The WiFi only allows you to access through one device at a time, but hey, at least there's WiFi that works!

The hotel is beautiful decorated with a Patagonian theme that teaches you about local people and their history.

I can’t really complain about our stay. I can only mention the fact that they didn’t have an elevator but the had dedicated staff to help out with the baggage. Additionally, we had a tour very early in the morning and they have prepared breakfast for us. The problem was that the coffee wasn’t ready so we had to leave without having coffee.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had to take an early tour (6am) and they made breakfast available for us before that. They also kept our luggage stored while we were away as we would come back after check out time.

The bed was a bit loose.

Breakfast advertised to commence at 0730am and was not set out till at least 0750am, we had a taxi booked for the airport at 0830am, breakfast was not out till 0750am, hence a great rush.

It is very central, easy to access. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice spirit and history.

The equipment of the hotel could be in better state, e.g. the bathroom water tap was wobbly, the window was cracked, made a noise because of the wind passing through it, the wifi wasn’t suitable for work… I mean overal it was okay, but I expected more considering the money we paid. I have to point out one more time - the staff was great.
