Among the best hotel included breakfast in Italy … bacon , eggs, ham, multple pastries , coofee, juice, frit salad etc. Clean and very comfortable rooms. From 3rd floor nice view of traine lines (metro line 2, 300 meters away( grocery shopping 150 meters away and fantastic seea food (Kemar) in frontof hotel. Extremely large Japanese restaurant next door.

Not clear that there is instructions on how to get door gate open for the garage…, but a very safe and protected parking area

The location was fantastic!! Close to two metro stops and bus stops, it’s easy to get around Napels from here. There’s also two grocery stores close by and several delicious restaurants!! The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful 🙂. The room itself was very clean, housekeeping was fantastic and the neighbourhood was so calm at night that we could sleep with the windows open in the room.

If I really need to be nitpicky, then the fact that the temperatures in the rooms are controlled centrally. Woke up once in the middle of the night due to the room being too warm for MY personal preference but I opened the window and I was back fast asleep! Again the neighbourhood is really calm and quiet so it wasn’t an issue at all to sleep with the window open!

As I said before I liked everything.It was great.This 3 star hotel should be easily be 4 stars. With near Metro liner 2 it was easy visit tourist places and it has a connection to metro line 1 and stops near several places of interest

The room was very clean and pleasantly quiet during the night (considering the traffic outside it was just perfect). Breakfast was also good with great selection of salty and sweet food (veggies, ham and salami, cheese, pastries). The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The coffee from the machine wasn’t awesome but not a big problem.

As we travel a lot, about once a month somewhere in Europe, I always look for a hotel with good reviews. I will start with the only negative thing that happened and afterwards only pozitives. Hotel charged me 109€ on the arrival day( half of the full price without city tax). They said that this is what happens, and I will get the money back in 20 days or so. Is like a deposit or something similar and I still had to pay 218€, which was the full price without city tax. So now I’m waiting to get the money back. It never happened to me before (and as I said, I travel a lot), to be charged a certain deposit plus the entire amount. Pozitive - 20 minutes away from center by train or metro, I still didn’t figure it out what that train was. Naples public transportation was a bit of a headache for us. But as for the hotel, clean, comfortable, the air conditioning was working properly, wifi was okish at 6th floor. Staff professional, helpful. The check out was until 12pm so plenty of time to wake up. They let us leave our bags in their deposit room until evening. So for two nights, was really good. I recommend it. Location is good, close to the train station and the meal was nice too. The room as basically everything expected, but the bathroom did not have any bath soap or body lotion. Just remember to bring yours. But I do like a whole lot about the place.

Size of my bed... but that's more of a European sizing thing, not their fault.

We only stayed one night and checked out very early. We chose it because of the parking and the location suited us. The hotel provides good value for money and facilities reflect the price. There are several good quality restaurants nearby. I was most impressed with how welcoming the staff were.

Good breakfast, nice location, very clean and great service. The hotel is located outside the city center, but in a quiet location with great connectivity with metro and train, just a few steps away (two different stations). Also, there are a lot of shops outside where you can find absolutely anything.

Everything was fine. Maybe pillows could be a little bit bigger.

The hotel was spotless and modern, air conditioning in main areas and bedrooms and a breakfast to die for!

A bit out of the way from central Naples but very close to metro! Reluctant to try as heat was unbearable and having travelled London tube couldn’t face any further heat. Cab was €20 and dropped us off near via Toledo
