Looks like a palace ,everything about it , foyer , rooms Clean Staff are wonderful especially the ladies in the front desk . Michael in the dining room Very Accommodating

If you’re elderly & have problems with ambulation it’s not advisable to stay here . It’s on a hill Shuttle bus you have to pay & they don’t have regular hours for pickup . You have to call & if you don’t have internet for us foreigners you ll have to call a taxi every time

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Free parking in the underground garage. Spacious rooms with air conditioners, comfortable bed, mini fridge. Bathroom was small but acceptable. Breakfast had limited choice, some bread, croissants and tea / coffee. Value for money. Recommended!

Little far from the church and walking is difficult because of the hill. Children make lot of noise!

Perfect location, just walking distance for our visits to Padre Pio’s shrine. We dined on our first night stay and the food was excellent! We loved the locally made red wine that they served.The staff were very welcoming.

The shower is far too small. Hairdryer and towels could be better.

Location very close to the Sanctuary, walking distance, but a steep uphill climb. Clean, ample self parking in garage, garage, friendly staff.

Would have been nice to have more than 2 hangars in the closet & a chair or two on the balcony like the other rooms had.

Fabulous staff all around from Reception, Dining room, Bar, and Housekeeping. Allowed me check in at 10:00am as my bus got in early. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good location 10 minutes from the bus station. 15 minutes walk up to Padre Pio Sanctuary. It is a bit of a steep hill, but they offer a shuttle bus to bring you up if you prefer. Also a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

The location was great. The rooms were good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had their own parking, which is always handy.

The bathroom was too tiny The breakfast did not have hot food.. But their coffee was very good.

The staff would go out of their way to help if needed. The breakfast was reasonable. Very convenient place for anyone visiting Padre Pio sanctuary and within walking distance. Facility of safe parking.

Having tea/coffee making facility in the rooms with couple of cups and a bottle of water with a couple of glasses would make the stay fantastic. For that little added comfort the recommendations would be very worthwhile.

Friendly staff, who helped with our needs. Communicating with them by emails was quick. Asked them for transport and they organise taxi to and from airport. Breakfast and dinner lovely. Even the atmostphere was so nice that you enjoy eating there. The staff are very friendly

No tea, or kettle in room.

I’ve mistakenly booked the wrong date and Alihotel very kindly rebooked us a Junior Suite at another Alihotel - Colonne with not much fuss. Turns out better in my opinion. Bus stop from Foggia is right next to Colonne. Ideal if you’re there to visit St Padre Pio as everything St Padre Pio related is a stone throw away

Good.

#1. Shower room was too small. #2. We requested an early breakfast and was positively granted with instructions to eat in the breakfast/dining room. Only individually packed toasted bread and beverage from coffee dispensing machine was available. After we did the early morning snacks (supposedly a full breakfast), the manager on duty reprimanded us why we went inside that breakfast/dining room. Because of his statement I was so upset.
