We had a family holiday and stayed 4 nights. We found everything excellent through out. Staff was great, our room was fantastic (we were told that it was one of the newly furbished ones so not sure how the others look like) Food was exceptionally good, clean, tasty, great variety. Everything including coffees and ice creams are included which is great. We loved the beach, kids club, restaurants and green areas. Would definetly go again.

Sun lounges on the beach are always taken by some guests who dont even bother showing up for hours which is really annoying. Not the hotels fault, but perhaps could come up with a booking system which allows everyone for limited hours only? Nothing else was unpleasant in our opinion, great hotel and you can see the real hard work goes in to run it everyday.

Excellent food and good services.

Ugly beach, the sea was not nice. A lot of Russians in the hotel who were rude. The rooms did not have soundproof walls, so you could hear everything, including running water.. As a couple, we chose a double bed for booking, but we got two separate beds. A friend who was with us and was alone in the room got a room with a double bed. Reluctant employees /mainly men/ work at the reception.

The service and facilities was over expectation.

Although it was all inclusive and the amount of restaurants and the food served was unbeleivable. But really i did not like the restaurants food. Even the open buffet food was terrible. Need to change the cheif.

It’s so perfect and beautiful, food is so good, staff are so good and there is so much to do inside the hotel, we did not leave the hotel at all

I have tried a lot of 5-star resorts in the area but this one is my favourite The place is huge, full of trees and very green. so it was a great scenery when you walk in it the pool is big enough and very clean water with enough sunbeds the beach area is very nice, clean and spacious the food and drinks were very tasty there are 4 speciality restaurants that you can book for dinner as a change from buffet food and it is included in the price there is free parking and the location was almost 30 min drive to the centre staff were all helpful and nice I think you can spend 4-5 days without the need to leave the resort because it literally has EVERYTHING! activities include water sports, table tennis, volleyball, night entertainment and much more.. I will absolutely come back again and again and again

We booked pavillon 2 times but the service is not good, you should obey their timing to drink . when you are not ready or not in the pavillon they still bring no matter what.

Very good location of the hotel. The resort is well maintained. Suitable destination for families with small children. Diversified food, in abundance, it is impossible not to find something suitable. There was a daily entertainment program in the amphitheater of the resort (the quality of the programs can be much improved). The quality-price ratio was acceptable.

The furniture in the room cannot even rise to the level of a 4-star hotel, much less to a 5-star one, as it is quoted (made of prefabs covered with veneer).

We liked everything about the property. The views were spectacular, the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was very helpful and pleasant (especially the chef who helped us with a kid’s milk allergy), the gardens were big and green. A super relaxing holiday.

The property could do with some light updating in the rooms.

Good to go with kids. It has an aqua park,a couple of pools and it is perfect for small children A variety of food was good. There is plenty of space in the restaurant A great entertainment team for adults and for children

Everything they sold in the shops were extremely expensive. Children's club, I didn't like that they put the TV on for children. I expected the team to play with the kids. I left my kid a couple of afternoons cos he wanted to play there, and when I picked him up, he was watching TV when he doesn’t at home. He is just only 5, and it isn't good for him at that age One has to pay extra even in the Children's club for the girls to do activities with the kids.

Fantastic place, could not fault anything. We were there at the very start of the season and it was not too busy. Food was glorious, staff most friendly and efficient, they could not do enough for you. It is not near any town, but we never felt we needed to go anywhere else. If you wanted to travel, taxi rank was just outside, as well as a local bus for the adventurous! Also a good selection of boat trips directly from the peer. Will certainly go back.
