King bed was super comfortable, kitchenette was well-appointed, bathroom was clean and shower was great, air conditioning was excellent. We also loved the location as it was so close to shops (Whole Foods, good restaurants) and a short drive to uptown Sedona.

TV didn't seem to work. We couldn't get to watch Netflix or Prime, even though they were buttons on the remote. We kept getting an error message about connectivity and couldn't login to our accounts. This wasn't a big deal for us as we had so much to entertain ourselves with in Sedona!

We booked last minute and got around a 20% discount over 5 days. It was a suite which meant we had a small patio that got the morning sun. A good fridge so we could cater breakfast and lunch instead of eating out and bin bags , washing liquid etc provided.liked the fact that toiletries in the bathroom were not single use. Number of nice pools and hot tubs plus could use the games room at the sister resort next door. Liked it so much we booked an extra night at full price. Sedona gorgeous spot and could see the mesas and sunsets from the carpark.

Only really the height of the bed , which could be challenging for the elderly or if like me you have weak knees. Was very cony though.

The check-in was wonderful. The villa was perfectly clean and quiet. Well-appointed and amenities were little things were very thought out. Very nice balcony, patios and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom

Coffee policy's was one bag allowance daily at the front desk. If you are staying for more than 1 night, you should be given the allotment for the entire stay at check-in. They need a coffee station in the front lobby. The area was very quiet and pleasant until the joining unit "P" was occupied with loud people laughing and talking. One night, thankfully! A rap on the joining door quieted them down! No conversations were needed.

Property was beautifully designed and maintained, room was spotless, tastefully decorated and super comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for all the things I wanted to do in Sedona. I have nothing else to say except that this was my first time to Sedona, I hope to return sooner than later and intend to stay at Sedona Springs Resort. I got it right the first time and see no reason to ever stay anywhere else.

Loved the place we stayed. Love all the pools to choose from. Great location. Close to everything . Easy check in. Many fantastic restaurants nearby. We didn't want to stay in the super busy area of uptown so this was perfect.

We really have no negatives for the place

It felt like an Airbnb, full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware , washer//dryer, central heat/ air conditioning, two balconies. Half bath downstairs and bathroom upstairs that has a jacuzzi tub that fits two people nicely! Location was quiet and well located! Facilities were great too!

Spacious and well located

I have been visiting sedona and staying at villas for the past 3 years , Love the fact that parking lot to my room was very near by , room was nice and clean with extra bedding a washer and dryer , like that their was a walk in shower as well as a tub, kitchen had the basics a toaster coffee pot a blender utensils kitchenwear 2 pans, one pot , silverware, a few tuppers a dish washer plates bowls glass cups coffee cups knives a starter for dish soap dishwasher soap a sponge , I also requested an extra bed and I was greatful to have given one at no extra fee, it has balconies flat screens I mean it's a beautiful place to stay for a couple of days .

I didn't like the pool hours whish they were open earlier it's from 8:30am-10pm , as well behaved adults wished we could stay longer , their is no breakfast served , also majority of the restaurants are closed by 10pm, but their was a taco stand that was their until 2am and the Tacos are delicious in the bashes plaza but in the parking lot of chevron .

Loved that it felt like home not a hotel room. Loved that we could grill food and hang out by the pool. The bed was super comfortable and I loved that we were able to do a couple loads of laundry to refresh our suitcases

Only thing that could be better was to have a view and you cant move the mountains

Loved all the things we could do at the property, it was a beautiful place. My kids, husband, and I loved the place, it was absolutely perfect. We are a larger family and getting a hotel does not cut it anymore neither is it as nice and private as this place! I'm so excited we found this resort because we come to Sedona pretty frequently this will be the place we choose! (and I am super picky with my places).

That the hot tub is close to the place we stayed was broken and there was some caution tape but it was not to keep people out, we were careful but it would have been nice for that to be cleaned out of the broken plastic and fixed. But that would not keep me from staying here again, it was so minor due to my husband and my due diligence for our kid's safety.

We loved the condo, it had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the facilities were excellent. We would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. The staff checking us in were extremely friendly and helpful.
