We made far in advance reservations for a handicapped room and while traveling to the hotel, we had a call there wasn't a handicapped room available and another room would be extended to us. The room we had was very nice except, there were not any handicapped grab bars installed in the shower or a grab bar for the toilet. My husband is unable to stand alone unaided. After calling front desk, housekeeping brought a shower chair for husband's use, which was very kind. Please consider safety grab bars in all the bathrooms.

Rustic yet modern; actually looks like a hotel in Montana. Facility had a good layout. Profound value for the price. In general, staff were friendly and attentive.

Receptionist at Front Desk on the morning of 14 Jun had her feet resting on the counter and spent the time staring at her phone. Had a question for the desk, but I avoided because of how unprofessional/disinterested she looked. Hard water deposits on the ceiling showerhead in room 258.

My husband was struggling with breathing problems, so asked for a 1st floor room. Courtney, who was staffing the check-in desk, was sooo very sweet and helpful! I was completely frazzled from long driving days trying to get my husband home and she was so very kind. She gave us a room right next to an exit to the parking lot, so that we didn't have to walk far from the car to the room, and even took the luggage trolley to that door for us. Those simple acts of kindness made the biggest difference in my day, but also showed me the kind of organization this is. We will frequent them again! Additionally, the connected restaurant (although managed separately) was wonderful and, when I asked for a quiet table explaining I was frazzled from travel, the manager and hostess immediately figured out which seating was quietest. And Sage, my server, was again very solicitous and kind. By the end of the meal, thanks to Courtney and Sage, I was fortified and ready to face the remainder of our trip.

There is nothing I could say that I didn't like, except that I wasn't able to enjoy what looked like a great pool facility! But that was my fault, not theirs!

There was a good place to eat in the hotel.the pool was well chlorinated . There was a hot tub there. Continental breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay. They say they are pet friendly.

The rooms are different to where you are facing.if facing the pool the showers are better . New room.Room face if the parking lot smaller shower.. rooms that face inward to the pool could be noisy.

Just a little outskirty of the town of Butte makes you feel a little safer in this messed up world we live in. Dealt with a lot of different staff, they were all so kind and smiley! Very welcoming, the room had a hint of cigarette smoke, not a couple sprays your your perfume took it away. Restaurant attached….. AMAZING FOOD!! Some/one of the bar tenders couldn’t handle it and left crying, so we did get ignored once out of the three times eating there. Meal should of been free in my eye, but what’s free anymore.. all and all.. WOW! I’m very happy with my 2 day stay. Good job guys!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are huge, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub is hot, the staff are amazing, and the entire place is chock full of little wonderful extras. For example, there is a bowl of fresh fruit at the front desk that anyone can help themselves to at any time. There is a coffee and hot chocolate stand in the lobby for the same purpose. The breakfast blew our socks off. It included a wide array of truly delicious hot choices, plus tons of fancy fresh cut fruit (pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, melon, etc..... which is a big deal when those things are off season because it's the middle of Jan), plus fresh baked goodies, real juice, cereals, etc etc etc. This place is an absolute steal for the price and I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was very close to the highway which was great for us, and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Butte. Rooms were really clean, and breakfast was good.

The original room they put us in led out to the indoor pool, which was incredibly loud. Luckily they switched us no problem, but just a note if you’re sensitive to noise I would ask for a non-pool room.

The property was amazing! Top notch, our favorite hotel to date! Room opened up pool side, so easy for kiddos after long travel. We choose the restaurant associated with hotel. Food was great! Shower pressure was amazing! Beds were comfy! Check out was 12pm! Breakfast was amazing! 20 stars! Literally overwhelmed with expectations and could not be happier with our stay!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations, we will rave about this stay to everyone!

Room was roomy and recently renovated. Beds are very comfortable and having the restaurant onsite was a definite plus.

We booked to have a living room area with couch, etc and paid $20+ more than we would have paid for the room we received which did NOT have this furniture. Our room was fine but not what we booked. Since we were staying only one night, we made do. Not sure if the misrepresentation was by hotel or booking.com but I have not run into ANY previous issues with booking.com like this before and we use it a LOT all over Europe, US, and Canada.

Excellent room, had a separate room inside of it for the kids. WiFi allowed us to connect our Apple TV. Breakfast is decent and the pool was a blast. We ended up staying an extra night.

It wasn’t mentioned on booking.com but they put an extra $250 hold on your card for the duration of your stay and released upon checkout. If you don’t have the ability to do that, you probably can’t stay. Should be listed for younger folks that may not have the ability to do that.
