Great hospitality! Ameen is the right men and will help you with everything you need. Very good breakfast (a classic maledives recipe with tuna and coconut was delicious), all the help at the place, keeping things running perfectly. In addiditon very good contact with the manager, he books the Transportation for you. Will recommend for someone who is looking for a cheap place on Thulusdhoo, but:

Bathrooms should be renovated, rather dirty, some places stuck with mold or rust. Its cheap but some things require minimum quality which imo the bathrooms are not fullfiling

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Hassle less traveling from and to the jetty arranged by the hotel.

We loved Amin, the gentleman that looked after the property, he was always there and always helpful, he is very passionate about looking after the guests in the hotel, he made lovely breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble for him. The location was lovely and the eating area was clean and pleasant, lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly which sometimes can be an issues in more budget hotels. Storage was plentiful and there was room to store surfboards and snorkeling gear. Free water (chilled) for the whole trip was really great. An added bonus. The hotel also arranged our taxi boats and transfer from the boats to the hotel. very convenient. The owner was very communicative and helpful prior to our trip as well.

The bathrooms were fine, but our room did have quite leaky shower which could get a little noisy at night when there were no other noises. This also meant that the water would splash up and the floor was permanently wet so had to make sure to be careful. The whole place was extremely clean, except for the small kitchen area. The sink was clean and the cooker but everything else needed a good clean, as it was quite dirty, from the cupboard doors and shelves and the area by the bin. I found it unusual that the whole hotel was very clean apart from this element. It didn't make me question the food as it was prepared and cooked in the clean parts of the kitchen and the food was stored in the fridge - which was also clean.

All the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The room was cleaned everyday. The guesthouse has a nice common space with some books and a balcony good to read and relax. The room and the private bathroom were both good sized and in good conditions. Peaceful place. Really enjoyed my stay

The bed was not super confortable, but it was ok and I managed to sleep well.

Good location, close to beach, room was clean and comfortable, and staff is very friendly and helpful! Just one big towel provided (I had to ask for a small one -which was provided) Wifi worked ok.

No Toiletries provided (I had my own so I don't know if they provided if you ask) Breakfast was little under average, but at least was different and I like that they provided some fruits (I stay 2 days)

The employee Amin (I think is his name) is very kindy, helpfull and really try to please you. We like the terase, flowers and the pick up on ferry station. The bed is comftable.

The curtins were missing, that would be great to have in the morning and maybe a little bit of upgrade (some thing around are a little bit rusted).

The communication from Ahmed was excellent. This was important for my trip as I was travelling multi-stay through the Maldives and wanted to organise many things in advance. Ahmed was available on WhatsApp to help with transfer speedboat transfer times - before and during my trip - and was at the port to greet me when I arrived, and departed. He even showed me around the island, which was super helpful. Thanks also to Ahmed’s colleague that works at the hotel - very welcoming, kind and helpful. Kayla Inn is a great place to stay. it’s clean, comfortable and perfectly located if you want to experience a small, safe and relaxed neighbourhood of real Maldivian life, which is also minutes away from some of the mainstream hotels. the location is perfect. The air con is really good. Thulusdhoo is probably my favourite island that I visited, for many many reasons. Keyla Inn is definitely recommended. Thanks for my stay!

the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy?

The staff were so friendly and organised free pick up and drop off to the jetty. Then we had a quick tour round the area to get our bearings which was so helpful! Great value stay. Aircon worked great.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable but it was okay for a few nights.

The accommodation is quite centrally located. It is only a few minutes' walk to the main beach. There is a good café/restaurant just around the corner. Water is always available free of charge. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are well equipped, clean and the breakfast is plentiful. The breakfast options are what you usually get for breakfast in Asia.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but absolutely fine for local conditions.

The toilet had a smell, wifi connection was poor and breakfast could be better.
