This was my second stay at this property. Even the Queen Studio Suite is large and comfortable. Lots of closet space, full kitchen, a sofa and ottoman in the seating area. The TV stand swivels so that you can watch sitting on the couch or in bed. A full-size desk with chair and strong Wi-Fi connection. Good water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast - nice size seating area with TV to watch the morning news and a variety of breakfast options to eat there or grab and go. The front desk staff are always available with a great attitude and go above and beyond to provide great customer service.

They don't provide daily housekeeping service unless you remember to specifically request it. The coffee isn't that good. Even the Bold Option was weak.

Perfect location for my business trip. I checked in after 10 pm and was greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The welcome bag with bottled water and snacks was very much appreciated. As I was traveling solo, I was grateful for an upper floor suite. The room was huge - I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. It's a pity it was a business trip so I couldn't enjoy the upgrade. The living area and bedrooms were big, clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space. Seating, lighting and room temperature were all on point. I loved the fact that there were TVs in each room. The bathroom was clean with a separate area for the sink and mirror. There was a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Free wifi with a great connection. Breakfast is included and there's an ample sized breakfast area in the morning where you can enjoy waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, etc. with decent coffee, while watching the local news. There's plenty of free parking.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

My son and I stayed here for 6 days in a 2 bedroom suite. We were very comfortable the whole time. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed for cooking. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning which consisted of cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, some type of eggs (scrambled or sandwiches) and there is a waffle maker. The coffee was very good and it was offered all through the pay.

There were 3 TVs in the suite and two of them were not working correctly. The two that were not working were older tvs and the one working was a new one which was in one of the bedrooms. I was trying to watch the local news and the cable tv was glitchy. My other complaint is that they use all plastic and styrofoam for the breakfast food but the coffee cups were paper. They should really offer real utensils and plates like in the suites.

I’ve realized that in general Georgia is far behind in the environmental impact by still using so much plastic! Every store I went into had plastic bags. Even this hotel uses styrofoam bowls for cereal in the breakfast area. I’m from Massachusetts and we are so ahead of this. You don’t see much plastic being used anywhere. Hopefully this state catches up!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were good and our family enjoyed it.

The facilities were nice but could use a refresh. Cleanliness was adequate but not great.

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the interstate in a safe location, and it was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, including a full kitchenette and dishes. Breakfast included fresh eggs, waffles, pastries, and various breakfast beverages, to mention a few.

I have no negative comments. I was very impressed with the hotel and service.

Location was great in quiet neighborhood. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly.

$100 pet fee is exorbitant. Would like more fruit at breakfast.

The property was clean. There were washers and dryers available, and they accepted cards as a method of payment. The staff was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. free parking, breakfast was ok but with Covid messing so many things up & facilities being short staffed, we’re appreciative for the breakfast that they did have. our TV did have a cracked with a screen. but to be honest everything else was so nicely done that we did not let that bother us + we were there mainly for my son’s basketball games, so we were not in the room majority of the time. I did report it to the front desk. I did have to work remotely and stayed back in the hotel. it was very quiet. no complaints at all !!

Front desk person was very attentive to the guests. I may have had to wait but it was only because she was providing assistance to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn, she extended the same courtesy. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to GA.

Parking was limited but seemed to be just enough for the guests. Very dark in the back lot which made me uncomfortable being a woman traveling alone.
