The property is amazing, we had a sea view and waking up to the sea and sunshine was glorious. The reception staff, Brajan and Jovana were extremely helpful and delightful, they helped book many excursions and recommended good sights! Srdjan at the Riva Brasserie made every meal so enjoyable with his great personality and service. The menu is great and the hotel has its own sea side sun bathing area which is really nice to relax at. Filip the food and beverage manager was exceptional served us so well and met all our needs! Overall highly recommended, Perast is a beauty and this hotel is even more beautiful.

The hotel, the staff - everyone were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel is in a historic building which added a level of charm.

It’s not the property, it’s the location. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the sea or the food in the area due to the locals dumping sewage in the sea(due to the smell). My wife is allergic and unfortunately we had to go to the GP in London as the reaction was quite strong.

What a beautiful hotel situated right in the middle of Perast on the sea front. The location is superb, the staff friendly, we were upgraded to a fantastic room overlooking the bay which was tastefully decorated. There was evening entertainment before dinner. I am really glad I booked this hotel for the few days we visited.

The service speed and accuracy for breakfast order taking needs to be improved. The staff need a bit of re-training.

Hello… we, a group of 11, recently had the pleasure of staying at the Heritage Grand Perast Hotel, Perast and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch and exceeded our expectations… especially Ms Jovana Kascelan, at reception, who went out of her way to help us make our stay a memorable one, as she sorted out all our last-minute extensions to our stay … keeping in mind that we were 11 guests… we were all accommodated seamlessly along with helping us organise local boat trips and excursions… kindly pass on my sincere appreciation to her.😊 All the staff at Hotel were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful including the concierge team who were also a treat to chat with on our little trips to the car park… thank you guys😊 The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and the hotel generally was beautifully decorated and especially the incredible view from some of the rooms we got. The hotel itself was in a perfect spot of the bay to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The breakfast buffet/ dining at the hotel and the quality of the food was exceptional. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided great service with a great view of the bay on the bigger terrace. I believe this is one of the best 5*hotels ive ever been! The service is on top! You really feel like people know their job and trying to do their best for you We got upgraded room just because the hotel wanted to spoil us! We had problems with tyre of our rented car (and the staff of hotel fix it) Oh, btw Breakfast is delicious😍 Just need to know Its a little hard to find the hotel ,but once u find , cant stop enjoying

The staff were amazing. super professional, genuinely kind and helpful. They made the whole stay feel relaxing. The historic building is beautiful and full of character. Hotel is located in one of the most authentic parts of Montenegro coast. The courtyard is lovely, and they had live music most nights, which added a really nice vibe. Breakfast was great too. good quality and plenty of choice. I also got a free room upgrade. room was big, clean, and comfortable. Only thing it lacks is the same character the building has.

Because the hotel is right in the middle of historic Perast, the pool and seaside area are pretty small and not the kind of spot where I’d want to chill all day. But that wasn’t a big deal for me since there’s a really good beach club just 2 min drive away.

On checking in (after the official check in time), we were shown to our room however it was still in the process of being cleaned, definitely not ready for us. That was a bit awkward, but the receptionist was apologetic and happy to help. We also somehow got upgraded to a stunning room overlooking the beach which was nothing short of perfect so I can't complain about it not being ready since we loved it! It was immaculately clean and we got bottles of water several times a day which was very appreciated in the heat. The staff were lovely and helpful, they gave us great recommendations for local food/drinks. The location of the hotel is also brilliant, overlooking Our lady of the rocks and with a private beach which was fab, although a bit too crowded. Breakfast was incredible, lots of options, and super delicious.

People reserving loungers in the morning with their towels and then not showing up THE ENTIRE DAY. I think they should implement stricter rules and throw away towels if no one is there :/ It gets super crowded as the beach/pool area isn't that big.

Location, location location, the hotel allows you to be in charming Perast, away from the cruise ships and tourist crowds. Complimentary wine in the room on arrival. Helpful concierge. Excellent food. Great international wine list. The warmest welcome and goodbye from management. The property is impeccable.

Gym is a little small.

We had a fantastic stay - the staff are incredibly polite and attentive, and could not do enough for us. The hotel is beautiful, incredibly well furnished and very clean. The setting and location is absolutely exceptional - by far the best view you will get on the bay! Breakfast was delicious, as was dinner. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There could be more food options on the lunch and dinner menus (for example, more casual options at lunch) - however the food was fantastic, so not a massive issue. The pool inside could also be a bit warmer but that is a small issue. Also, the smart TV in our room did not work.
