I absolutely loved the rooms! Ashley Uriegas at the front desk was amazing, friendly and accommodating. My rooms were cleaned by Caldonia Ford, who has to be the absolute best housekeeper at the hotel. Heather was our breakfast host that weekend and she had such a wonderful spirit. The breakfast area was super clean and the food was delicious. Dana is the housekeeping supervisor and she was so personable . I asked her about a cleaning product I thought they used and she was on the hunt to help me find out what it was. We both came to the conclusion that the company had changed it. This was my second time staying at this location, this is our new place to be. There was only one person that I wasn't pleased with and it's because she didn't card the guest staying in my second room. Management please stress the importance of asking for identification, that is a huge safety risk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy even assisted me with providing a new iron in the room. Overall I had an amazing stay and hope management appreciates their great staff.

The young lady and I apologize for forgetting her name was not friendly to the guest I had in the other room nor did she check their ID.

There was hardly anything ready to eat, had to settle for fruit and toast, because there were no eggs, tje waffle mix was almost empty no meat at all, the lady was working alone and couldn't keep up.

The staff were great, my wife and i wanted to take the bed home with us, would really like to know what kind of mattress you have there.

No complaints about anything with the hotel.

The pool was closed that sucked but the room was nice and the breakfast was nice. I left early because I came out there to see a girl and it didn’t work out not because of the hotel. The hotel was perfect.

Hotel is conveniently located to the Paragon Casino. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Crickets were everywhere outside & inside. Our room had crickets in it too. Room had a smell to it like dirty feet, very musty. I think the carpet needed cleaning. The tables had dust on them.

First room lighting was bad. They changed our room second room. The bed look like it had been used and quickly put together was not professionally made third room. We were upgraded to a suite. Everything was great there.

Location for what I was there for, staff was helpful with anything I needed. I had a problem with my room when I checked in, and the person at the front deck was quick to get me into new room.

Could use new shower heads/faucets.

Great comfortable bed and quiet. It's a great place to stay but had some minor issues this time. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.

Coffee maker in room was broken, no hot water and the bathroom light didn't always work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. And it was very convenient being across from the Paragon Casino.

The only thing I would like improved is the smell in the room. It was just a little stuffy smelling.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, could have a better variety of breakfast, And was checked in without abeing asked for identification and when asked about it the staff was very rude.

Quiet & felt safe. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff.

Room was not cleaned well. It was dusty. Tub needed caulking & faucet was leaking. Tiolet was leaking & running occasionally. I reported all problems upon checking out.
