Nice location and great vibes!

Kathy in the breakfast area was rude and unprofessional. She selected a few of us (melanin pigmentation) to confront about not having a Springhill bracelet on and we informed her that the bracelets weren’t available at check-in. However, we had our room key to enter the breakfast area so this should’ve been a giveaway for her to know that we were authorized to be in there if our key allowed us access to the breakfast area. I guess it’s difficult for some people to use their brains at times. I also noticed that there were others who wasn’t wearing their bracelets and she did not approach them at all.

Very nice hotel with perfect location on the beach. Lounges, Gym, Restaurants (we didn't eat at the restaurants) were nice. We ate breakfast that came with our room & it was sufficient, your typical Belgium Waffles, fruit, cereal, Bagel, scrambled eggs, bacon sometimes & dry sausage patties another, toat, coffee & juices.

I felt that $500.00 per night (including taxes & fees) was too much for this hotel. It only had every other day housekeeping & replacement towels upon request. Our room had a broken toilet paper holder. The water oressure in the sink & shower were practically non-existent, but the toiket would flush a Bowling ball! They had No drink machines on any of the floors & if you wanted one or a snack you had to go to the little snack cubby hole beside the front desk & pay 2 to 3 times the cost (a coke costs $5.00).

This is a wonderful hotel! Great location, the view from the windows is just gorgeous. The pools are great, they were cleaned every morning. The fire pit area is very nice. The girl Nikki (I hope I'm not mistaken) at the reception was simply amazing - she answered and resolved all questions. The elevators and corridors are clean.

breakfast is boring, everything you need for breakfast is there, but if at least some lettuce leaves - it would be better. having dropped the phone behind the sofa, I had to move it and find trash from previous guests. although smoking is prohibited, some people smoked lying in the pool. but this is not the hotel's fault, it's just human.

Loved the pool and beach access. Loved the big balconies and view. We stayed on the 11 th it was perfect spacious bathrooms. Walking distance of everything.

The girl at the front desk overcharged me FYI I had prepaid everything through booking and then argued with me clicked the wrong button and charged me for the rooms on top of deposit and parking fee.Got the manager involved and she said she handle it at checkout. That manager Corey didn't show up so another manager had to deal with it but wouldn't come out the back office. I had to deal with this young black girl who had attitude and was just rude. So I left the money got refunded in 5 days and the correct amount came out. I was about to give this hotel a one star due to the inconvenience of the staff not knowing how to do there job but since I got my money back I had no other issues other than the toilet paper holder was broken.

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront hotel, which offered an impressive range of amenities. From multiple pools and a lazy river to a dedicated kids' pool area, there was something for everyone to enjoy. In the evenings, the fire pits added a cozy touch, and the on-site restaurant and bar made meals and drinks super convenient. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—plenty of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. Our suite was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a separate bedroom that gave us just the right amount of extra space. Best of all, the ocean views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from the ferris wheel, which I highly recommend riding, such a fun way to take in a bird’s-eye view of the stunning coastline. All around, this was the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and fun. Wonderful staff!

The breakfast was included and it was very good. They had a nice variety of everything from muffins to bagels, cereal, yogurt waffles etc. We second floor has a nice ocean view patio to enjoy while eating a meal or having a drink from the bar. We got food from the bistro bar one day if you’re feeling lazy to go anywhere and the food was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our housekeeping lady was very sweet. She made sure we had anything we needed daily.

The pool area can use a few more umbrellas and maybe more chairs. People were leaving their personal belongings on them and leaving for hours not allowing others to use the chairs as well.

Very nice! Almost like a mini resort! It was clean and I was super comfortable. The beds are amazing. Beach front property. Great location to everything!

Lighting is limited especially in the bedroom and bathroom. Maybe consider updating the lighting. Tiny trash cans so consider having maid service come in each day you are there.

The hotel itself is very nice! we were able to use the heated pools (accessible multiple pools at multiple partner hotel). The complementary breakfast was impressive (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a protein) + additional items. The staff was very friendly, and willing to help. They accommodated an early check in which is much appreciated. The amenities are clean and the rooms were spacious.

The hot tub was not hot, it was only heated. The beds were nice yet not comfortable, one of our family members had to sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable than the bed. Parking cost 20 USD per day, which is a bit disappointing, I think they should allow free parking to guests. More parasols in pool and grass areas would be appreciated.
