The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shops, public transportation, etc. It is quite noisy especially if one leaves the windows open.

We were fortunate to have someone at the front desk to let us in and he was very friendly and helpful. But a lot of the time there was no-one at the front desk so I think they should really send the entry code the day before you arrive in case there are internet issues on the day of arrival. I think that is a major problem with this accommodation.

The place is in perfect location, very central and safe. The room and bathroom is very clean and spacious . Very Homie, overlooking the busy street across. with nearby restaurants and malls, everything accessible. I don't find the street across to be noisy as I am ok to sleep with window closed. The lady in the front desk is very friendly and warm I highly recommend this place.

No dislike. Recommendation on: Instruction on self check in. would have been nice if instruction/email were given before coming. I arrive 4pm no reception was around, so we call the number in the door. code was given the key came out on the box near the front door. It was easy though. If you are a foreigner/tourist make sure your phone can call.

The best possible location to explore the city. Modern apartment with lots of space to have a good rest and space for a family (we were 4 adults) Shower with warm floor - super useful to dry out towels after 4 people having a shower Water in the fridge is an excellent bonus, especially after a long trip There is a very nice turkish place for breakfast just down the street on the opposite side - highly recommended

Nothing that could disrupt or affect our trip, however few points for the hosts to consider - Kitchen has some wear and tear - There is no electric plug close to the coffee machine so in order to use it one needs to move coffee machine on the other side, closer to the cooker - parking in Tubingen was one of the most expensive in our 18-days trip all over Germany - it would be highly appreciated if host could include some recommendation for guests

Convenient location within walking distance to all the activities we wanted to do while there.

Said apartment but felt more like a college dorm room. Air would have been nice because windows had to be open and the fan they left helped some but the noise even with ear plugs was pretty bad. Also with the windows open we could not used lights because the bugs invaded the room. They might suggest the lights off at night to minimize bugs - I believe this could prove useful for others unaware this would happen.

The location on the edge of the old town was excellent. We enjoyed the views over the Neckar river and bridge. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower cubicle leaked slightly so the bathroom floor got wet by the door. The apartment was on the third floor and there was no lift.

Very clean, modern and well thought through room. Plenty of room in the double room for suitcases and for two people to move around. Coffee provided in the room was good. Room for toiletries in the bathroom. They even provided ear plugs, just in case the noise from the street is too much.

The location is central, right in the heart of Tuebingen. The city buses pass in front of the hotel, but the noise was manageable even for me without the ear plugs and the windows slightly open.

I appreciated the coffee and coffee machine, as well as the fridge and complimentary bottles of water. I found the place spacious and comfortable. It was very central with restaurants within walking distance.

Carrying the luggage up the stairs was difficult, as the stairs were quite steep. It was difficult to find at first.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the sheets and towels is impressive. While it offers a suitable stay for families, the absence of an elevator, a dishwasher, and a heating oven, as well as the presence of outside noise being noticeable indoors, may be a disadvantage for some guests.

We stayed here for a night. The apartments are very centrally located and have everything necessary for a short stay; the night was hot and muggy, so we particularly appreciated the fact that there were fans in each of the living areas. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big and airy.

Arrangements for collecting keys were a little unclear (luckily we met someone on the stairs who explained everything).

Location is excellent, next to Neckarbrücke. Large room, exactly what is needed. Stayed before in summer and winter, it was 35C+ this time and the newly provided fans and window shutters really helped us cope with the heat.

We booked last minute and got room 2, which is closest to the busy road (others are further away and are better). This is the trade-off here. Good earplugs were provided and made this comfortable for sleeping with the windows open, but it’s not exactly quiet with them open in the day. Tübi is gorgeous though, so you’re not booking this place to stay in your room, are you?
