The room was spacious, clean and suited my needs as a solo traveller who was out all day with family and friends and wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable to come home to. The central location was very convenient, near to the bus stop, an easy walk to the shops and 12 minutes walk to the beach. The room had everything I needed including kettle, toaster, hairdryer and toiletries etc. I arrived after Reception was closed and, on the day I left, before Reception was open, Adam accommodated this arrangement cheerfully and with no fuss.

The room was clean and spacious, with everything sparkling clean. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Narooma, offering stunning water views. Parking was adequate for the number of cars, and we were always able to find a spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed mattress was a bit soft and lightweight. My partner's side sank slightly due to his weight, but we didn’t experience any back pain and still had a good night’s sleep.

The host (Adam) very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent - temperatures and flow pressure. Internet was excellent. Despite being close to the main highway through the town, it was very quiet.

The room smelled a little musty. The hot-water jug had some lime-scale inside - perhaps due to the town water supply.

This is an amazing property in a great location. The staff & owners are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Top of the Town is close to Club Narooma & the Golf Club. Short walk to the surf beach & in the heart of the town. What more could you want.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent reception from Adam who had lots of good advice for our stay in Narooma. The room was excellent; plenty of space for suitcases, crockery supplied, microwave as well as tea/coffee making with real milk - and a KitKat. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Probably prefer to be upstairs for privacy

Fantastic place. The staff were amazing & made such an effort with the little things. Like a real bottle of milk for coffee and tea & a complimentary kit Kat in the room. Such small gestures, but they make such a big impact when you are on the road. Especially being able to have a proper coffee instead of fiddling around with those tiny miniscule containers of uht milk. Place was in great location, room was clean and welcoming. Great place to stay. Thanks again!

Exceeded my expectations. Very helpful and friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable, big, clean and modern room with block out blinds. The room was nice and warm when I arrived and very convenient location. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you! You helped to make my trip great :)

Room was airy, bright, uncluttered, spacious and clean. Lovely sofa to relax on. Large TV. Check in was friendly and relaxed. Located across from and down the road to Lynch's hotel, serving great food. Friendly cafe just down from the motel. Parking outside room.

The location was close to the shops, beach and cafes. It was quiet. Our room was spacious with everything we needed; toaster, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board. The complimentary Kit Kat chocolate was a lovely touch. The tv had Netflix.

I loved this hotel. When someone says 'old school' or 'retro' it usually means they give it a lick of paint to cover up the mould. However this hotel was a fabulous mix of comfort, style and 'old school' in as much as the bathroom and shower looked like it was the original one built maybe int the 70's but really well maintained and a superb example of why you don't need to rip everything out and add in cheap new plastic stuff, particularly important in these days of climate change. I would actually refer to that as a 'feature' and something that differentiates the hotel from so many others as it gave the place a certain J'nais ce qui although no one seems to have mentioned it anywhere. The rest of the spacious, gloriously clean, comfortable and well appointed room hit all the right spots, I will return.
