- The room was very clean, warm, and always smelled nice - the breakfast was fantastic with so many options - the sauna was very nice and the chairs in the relaxation room opposite the sauna were some of the nose comfortable I have ever sat/relaxed in, I never wanted to leave - we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant for convenience and it ended up being such a delicious meal! Hearty soup, amazing flavours, and they even had a vegetarian capuns which meant we were able to taste the local dish! - The hotel was perfectly situated near the Roland arena for the biathlon course and access to several hiking and cross country skiing tracks - we drove and the hotel parking was very convenient All in all everything about the stay was great! I was very happy with the hotel, thank you!

The hotel was very nicely renovated and decorated and extremely clean. And the breakfast was excellent, with many more things than we could eat. The family suite with the well equipped kitchenette (even with tea and coffee!) was perfect for our family and the two dogs, too.

Besides the rainy weather everything was fine. Maybe one more chair in the room would have been good. Having dinner with two chairs for three people was a bit of a challenge...

We were just looking for a nice place near Chur. What we found was amazing. The old building was concerning at first, but we found that it had been upgraded and was larger and nicer than most. The host, Mateus was really helpful with the room, then we found that he also worked at the restaurant and his suggestions were fantastic. We had a beef bone broth soup, capuna, and a fabulous dessert. We actually came back the next day for the soup. The breakfast was good. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

We liked everything at this hotel especially the friendly staff and service. Good breakfast, excellent wellness, good room size with good smelling wood furniture. We could walk everywhere and take trips around. The hotel has an excellent restaurant so we ate in the hotel both evenings. We plan on coming back

The bells!! Unfortunately the church bells tended to ting throughout the night but easily fixed by shutting the window!!

Good breakfast with very nice and supportive staff. The room we had was spacious, nicely equipped and easy accessible via elevator. Good Spa area, reasonably sized, never got felt too crowded.

Really nothing specific, price value relation felt fine, we consider coming back for Summer hiking.

We really enjoyed our stay and the owner has created an oasis of pleasure and comfort in the mountains of Switzerland .... We wish them all the best

Super level of service! I was traveling by bike. And I fell in Chur. The hotel graciously proposed to me their pharmacy kit to treat my road rashes. Moreover the room was spacious. I will stay again in this hotel if I travel back to Lenz 👍
