Have stayed at this hotel several times. Excellent ocean view from rooms overlooking entire harbour. Excellent beds and pillows allowing for good nights`rest. Efficient blackout curtains which, however, look a bit tired. Room carpeted floors need updating. Excellent gym installations with equipment for all preferences. Breakfast could not be more complete with enormous selection of quality food. Staff throughout (reception-restaurants-housekeeping) go out of their way to make stay memorable.

Jacuzzi in spa has separate installations for men and women, therefore family/spouses cannot enjoy this facility together. Have made this comment before. This restriction is difficult to understand

Very friendly and helpful staff. . The rooms are spacious and have a great view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is also spacious with a separate walk-in shower. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. Even though there was a big work conference going on we were spared the disturbance because they thankfully put on us on a different floor away from the bar noise.

The rooms need a good clean. It looked like months of dust had gathered around the balcony doors. There was other people's hair on the bathroom floor. It felt like they just cleaned the usual areas as quickly as they could and didn't give enough time for housekeeping to do a proper job. The carpet wasn't vacuumed for the three days we were there. You need to wear a swimming cap in the indoors spa pool. Would have been good to have some warning before arriving. You can buy one when you are there. However, it seems to depend on how well the staff police it.

The hotel is beautifully located on the shore with great views on the ocean. The building is well maintained, modern and seems prestigous. The staff was always smiling and obliging- starting from the porters and front desk staff to room maids and waiters. All these members of staff made our stay a nice and exceptional experience. At the check-in we were upgraded and were given a room with a ocean view. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean. We also liked the breakfast with wide variety of good quality products. I strongly recommend Farewell bar - they make great coctails.

In common places (restaurants, corridors, lobby) the temperature was so low that it was unpleasant to stay there for longer. Although the breakfast was tasty there were no information on allergen contents - particularly important with pastries, desserts etc. In our shower hot water pressure was so low during the whole stay that it was impossible to take a hot shower. That should not take place in 5* hotel. Finally, the price. Although the hotel is very good, I am not sure it is worth what I paid.

One of my favorite hotels. Very good facilities and the stay is always comfortable and allows for a good rest. The sea view is beautiful. The food is delicious. The staff is very well trained and very friendly.

I consider that the price is very inflated on some drinks and foodstuffs. And although it is an excellent hotel, it corresponds more to a 4 star than a 5 star. The style lacks more joviality and modernity, it aims at a more old-fashioned audience. I have been several times and they have not updated the menu. There is a lack of more non-sea food options and more innovative sandwiches.

The room was beautiful, large and comfortable, overlooking the Pacific. It was wonderful to watch the sunset from the balcony and to hear the sound of the ocean at night. The bellboy who welcomed us to the hotel and showed us how to access the parking garage was very friendly and helpful and his grasp of English was so good he was able to detect that our accent was not American and was interested to know where we came from. (Scotland) The location on the seafront was perfect for walking along the promenade and seeing the life of the town. Breakfast was excellent and the view from the dining room was wonderful. We drove about an hour from the hotel to a beautiful deserted beach at Quintay.

We found everything during our stay was first class.

Location. Facilities. Interior. Rooms. Surroundings. Restaurant close to the hotel.

Taxi or Uber transportation cost is high because is far from Santiago. The hardware used for Breakfast needs improvement to keep food warm. The security personal outside the facilities need to balance showing guests they are safe but not too dry to feel unwelcome. The property looks dated from the outside it need fresh paint.

Great view and spacious room

The fridge-freezer was broken, and when I complained, they didn't provide a prompt solution. They even tried to trick me by telling me that "those appliances aren't for cooling". That meant I wasted an evening of champagne. It was very disappointing.

The view from everywhere at the hotel is breathtaking. From the check in personal, valet service staff, waiters by the outdoors pool and deck area, the breakfast crew and the spa team all do an amazing job by going an extra mile to fulfill your needs.

The room furniture can be upgraded to modern to sync with the hotels appearance.

We stay here to join in the wedding party. This hotel's staff is always so nice and kind, and the room is enough large and comfortable. (In the winter, we often cannot enjoy the view from the room because of the weather. It happens...)

It was a pity that there was no makeup mirror. I had written in the comments that I was staying to attend a wedding when I made the reservation, so it would have been great if they had taken care of that.

What we liked in the Sheraton hotel was the clean room, delicious food and beautiful view from the window and also I appreciated the installation of a baby bed for my son.

We didn’t find any point to improve.
