Nice pool and nice activities in games room for family. Also, the electric cycle was a nice addition. Queen room is bit small but hotel staff was very supportive and gave us am upgrade for 1 room (we had booked 3 rooms) also they provided us early check in for 1 room which was very nice on their behalf. Also gave us option for a little late checkout, which generally other hotels deny. The hotel is near the market area. May be adding a travel desk will help a lot. We Didn't try their food, but definitely try next time. We felt 950 for buffet breakfast is bit costly also we were with kids and there was no different charge for them so may be they can change that. Moreover booking online with breakfast option will be much more cheaper. Special thanks to miss reena and Mr yogesh for being kind host and to all staff.

The hotel checkin was seamless and quick, the mountain view room doesn't have a mountain view thoroughly but has all privacy you need..the rooms are big clean and cover all amenities..we have to mention of the support staff which are the gem of this property, always on help, courteous and welcoming. We had infant and 3 yr old chil, and they ensured to support us with food and milk requirements at any given time..the swimming pool on the rooftop is the star..while the restaurant next to pool is under renovation I am sure it will be icing on the cake once done..the only part missing in the hotel is a spa..which I feel having everything else is a must..above one of best places to stay at lonavala..we dint move out the property..

We are both physically challenged couple. After realizing, the Manager and staff were extra courteous. Mr. Ankit Barot and Mr Ravi even honored us with a cake cutting function on our 32d Anniversary on 28th Dec 23. I have no words to express our happiness. Thanks a million for this gesture. I pray your Hotel does great in the years to come, by te Grace of God. We were'nt able to take food on our own due to our severe disability, but thanks to all serving staff. as they made us feel so comfortable with their highest level of hospitality. Infact all other hotels should take your performance level as benchmark and you stay a market leader for ever. Few more to thank from our side are Mr. Krishna, Ms. Mousami, Ms. Trisha, Ms. Sophia and Mr. Surender, for their excellent care towards us. We sincerely appreciate the humble behavior of the entire reservation team, the gate attendants, the parking gentleman. Without their support, our stay would not been so wonderful.

Nothing worth mentioning. But humble request to add one or two support handles in the toilet, for old and differently enabled. The toilet space to get in out,is a little small for slightly difficult. If the toilet door was a slider, instead of opening inside, there would be more free movement possible. Especially old or disabled who can't twist and turn their body like youth and able bodied people. This is just our suggestion.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety of dishes and the taste was just right . Every bite was scrumptious . Location wise also it is excellent within distance of market. Shopping , eateries etc Very comfortable stay and we would recommend this place for a short stay at Lonavala.

The corridor towards the rooms were cleaned with certain chemicals which did nit smell very pleasant

Comfortable room with great views and nice shower. Amazing rooftop. The chai at breakfast was delicious.

The included breakfast was just ok. We tried their lunch menu and rooftop food menu as well and it was just ok. We ordered pizza from the rooftop, and it was clearly a frozen pizza. We only spoke English, and when we asked for activity recommendations the staff weren't able to provide any, so come prepared with your own itinerary if you only speak English.

Breakfast was very good! Lots of variety,extremely scrumptious.

There was women hair in the side table,lipstick stains in the cups kept in the room. Ac has a very weird system of switching on . everytime the screens get stuck in the sliding door AC does not work.We have to keep on calling 9 reception 100 times.

The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the room ameneties were adequate too. The location was very central and we had a good time there

The breakfast was adequate. There could have been more variety and it was very noisy. They could have opened the patio for breakfast, considering such good weather.

Staff, Food and Location were top notch. The bedding was comfortable, and the room spacious.

The property is fairly new but felt like an old one. Unpainted exteriors make it look like an old dilapidated building from outside. Furniture and sanitary wear felt old. They should throw the old towels and get new ones. They have become black over the years.
