Hard to judge ;) Its a 3 star small no nonsens hotel. This booking was only for one night; perhaps I missed a safebox. Maybe remove the carpet, more hygienic. Also in the hallway to the elevator, its smelss a bit ....because of no good ventilation. Need some improvement Personal we prefer a hard matras, this matras was way too soft. For 1 night it was oke

The hotel is centrally located and within a couple minutes walk to everything you would need: Restaurants, parks, shops, grocery stores, historically sites.

Even though I did not like the noise coming from the street below or the inability to darken the room, I understand the charm of the room by keeping the old windows. Recommend changing the curtains. I had to open the windows to cool down the room and the drapes are so high, very heavy and hard to move (also a bit old). I was afraid to break the curtain rod/window.

Very little not to like. Extremely helpful and charming staff.. Breakfast wad excellent with cold meats cheese smoked salmon, freshly baked patisseries and scrambled eggs with cheese and lardons. The breakfast room was a modern spacious extension The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern with shelving. A lift made access straightforward - a real plus point for a smallish hotel. Ath itself was a surprise. A small town with a vibrant centre, Grand Place, plenty of bars and restaurants. We found a parking 50 yds from the hotel. Between 5pm and 9am no charge. If you are going to the fabulous Pairi Daiza zoo a great place to stay at 20 minutes journey by car.

Nice hotel in a quiet location with comfortable beds, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. It's a 20 minutes' drive to Pairi Daiza.

There are no coffee shops in the area that open early in the morning, so if you want to have breakfast you should either book a breakfast buffet at the hotel or have a coffee and croissant at the Q8 gas station at the border of the village.

Unassuming building on the outside but tastefully modernised inside especially the breakfast room which has the wow factor. They serve a good breakfast to match the room. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Five minute walk to the town square where you should find a bar or restaurant to your taste.

The Hotel is small, with only twenty rooms, but these are comfortable, clean, and quiet. The neighbouring building is being converted into their Restaurant, which is currently in a building opposite. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative, and showed us how to operate the adjacent public (secure) car park 'smart card' entry system - parking only €5 per night! It is only a five minute walk to the town centre where everything is available from local shops, and staff are helpful. The streets are cobbled, which reduces traffic speed, but the limit is thirty Kph anyway. There is a good range of restaurants to suit all tastes - we are Vegetarian. We didn't partake of breakfast, being on the road quite early.

Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for British travellers.

The breakfast had freshly made to order eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, fruit, pastries. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time in the bed. Woke up feeling fully rested. Location central and easy to navigate to the main square and also loved being across the street from a park.

A sign advertising the gluten free options they can provide.

The hotel is great, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well :)

There was a loud party going on next to the hotel on one of the nights which made it pretty difficult to sleep. Not sure if that happens every Friday night though as there was a festival during my stay.

The deluxe suite was very nice with a big jacuzzi and a fridge with a wide choice of drinks. Room was spacy and clean and had all the necessary amenities. Hotel has a good location very close to the center but in a not too busy street. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Friendly staff and average breakfast.

The bed, and especially the pillows, are completely awful. It's like someone stuffed a handfull of cotton balls in a bag and called it a pillow. They literally felt like they cost 1 Euro/piece and I don't understand why such a nice hotel would save money on something that important for a good night's sleep. Bring your own pillow or be prepared for a bad night and a sore neck in the morning.

Breakfast is good (coffee not very nice though),but overpriced (especially for children). We booked it as an experience for the children, but I would recommend families to visit a boulangerie and get a much better deal.

Hotel was okay, but overpriced in my opinion.
