Staff was friendly and very nice. They help us a lot. Room was good and just what I expected. Breakfast was better that I think. You have bread, cheeses, fruits, juices and tea/coffee. In hostel there was billiard, books and many activities. Location was perfect. I will definetely come back. I like Mons and this hostel very much.

We stayed for few nights and our keycards was working only first day. Next Day in reception their re-acctivate our keycards again and it working fine after that. First night (Friday) was little party noise from outside. It wasn't hostel fault if people make a lots of noise outside the building. Second night I sleep better. There was no noise at night in Saturday.

The hostel is next to the centre, just one or two minutes on foot and next to the city's belfry. Breakfast is included in the stay price, and while the choice isn't immense, everything was really good. I was staying with a blind friend and they gave us a room on the first floor (no rooms on the ground floor and no lifts unfortunately) and the staff was nice in general. The room had two sinks (one with soap) and a private toilet and shower. The beds were also really comfortable. It wasn't big but it had everything you need. Overall, the service you get for the price you pay is absolutely worth it. If you only need a place where to sleep during your trip in Mons with some very nice extras, this is definitely the place to go.

Only one of the four beds had a socket next to it. There were also a lot of flights of stairs, one of them right next to the door of the hallway with the rooms, which made navigating the hostel with my blind friend a bit awkward.

The room was warm and spacious, the beds were comfy and everything was clean. Great opinions for Breakfast available every morning which was included in the price of the room. A very short walk from the train station and close to many shops and parks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over the weekend and it seemed very quiet in the area and we heard no noise from other rooms in the hostel. I will definitely stay again. There is a bus stop right outside the hostel that goes around the town.

For a hostel, it was very good. I had a private room with shower and toilet, 4 bunk-beds but I was the only occupant. The room was very clean and more than adequate for my needs. The location is very good, short walking distance to the Grande Place, the railway station, and the cathedral. The breakfast was very good continental type. Front desk person very helpful.

It is a hostel after all, so bring your own towel, there is no room service, and you have to make your own bed. I arrived late and struggled a bit to get my key from the locker. Other residents arriving late as well helped me figure it out. There is nothing I did not like.

The staffs were friendly and willing to help us. The room was a bit small (probably because I don't have much experience staying in a hostel) but everything we need was there. At last but not least, the breakfast was awesome! My husband went to the restaurant first sent me a SMS "Luxe ontbijtje! (luxury breakfast)" :D

I had a little trouble falling asleep because the blanket was noisy.

It takes a little time for the light to turn on after pressing the switch. The temperature of the shower didn't rise easily. A brick slope continues from the station to the hotel. The unevenness of the brick road is noticeable. I thought the tire of my suitcase would break, but it was safe. However, this is not a hotel problem, so it is not included in the evaluation.

I booked a quadruple room, but no one stayed in that room for the two days I stayed. Thanks to that, I was able to spend every day very relaxed. Even though breakfast is free, it has everything you need. Therefore, if the customer does not have much money, there is no reason not to choose here. I want to stay again.

Better than the usual definition of a 'Hostel', spacious lounge and breakfast room, helpful staff, we travelled on motorcycles and they provided secure underground parking (no charge), small bar and terrace area to relax in, right in the town centre so easy to walk everywhere, area is full of old charm.

Room small for four persons but for one night not a problem

I liked the location, the staff, the breakfast was good, although not that high variety, and not so many healthy options. I would like to have some soap, I usually find it everywhere, it was a bit of a shock here. All in all, it's good value for money.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, kitchen is well equipped. Location is very convenient for the town and station.

Ventilation in rooms was minimal, so quite warm at night.

The location was perfect for the centre of Mons. The beds were really comfy, the shower was good and the breakfast was very nice.

The only thing was the heat in the third floor room. Very hot and hard to sleep. Not a surprise in August but aircon or maybe fans would have been welcome.
