We chose White Bay for the second part of our honeymoon, and we are so glad that we did! The location is the key… Within a few steps from our room we were able to go directly to the sea, which is an amazing luxury! The bay is very nice and relaxing, and good for swimming. The place is a 25 min. ride from Syracuse, so we chilled at the beach during the day and went to Syracuse in the evenings. They also have spa service, I took an antistress massage from Donato, he is very professional and a great masseur. I can only recommend!

The breakfast could be better. Limited variety.

Wonderful location directly on the beach. Nice, simple, well designed rooms in a new purpose built building. Loved the room’s terrace with direct access to the beach. Great choice of pastries for breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the bay. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. The town is small and was very quiet in April, but there’s plenty to do within 20-30 minutes drive.

The sound proofing between the rooms is quite bad, luckily the neighbours weren’t very noisy but we could hear the TV easily. It costs €80 to use the spa privately for an hour and 15 minutes! No option for communal use.

The location is superb with steps from the room balcony right down on to the beach. The hotel breakfast is great, huge buffet with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and everything is spotlessly clean.

The bathroom is a little cramped but perfectly useable. On the Saturday night we were there the beach bar in the next bay played exceptionally loud music until 3am which we could hear in our room, not the fault of white bay hotel of course. For an evening meal apart from the hotel there are only three other places to eat within walking distance, all quite pricey and not much of a choice for vegetarians

Beach access directly from the terrace. Wonderful little beach with clear turquoise water. Very nice and big room and from the bed, you can see the sea. The little whirlpool on the terrace was very nice when it got a little bit colder in the evening. The roof top restaurant with excellent and a perfect location.

What more can I say. Our own pathway to the beach with less than 10meters to the water and even more WOW was having our own private pool on the terrace over looking the sea. The Staff were amazing with customer care at highest level. This location, venue, quality of meals are exceptional. For anyone interested, please book the wellness & Spa experience at Whitebay. You will be amazed. Thank you Sophia, Marika, Valentina for bringing us much love & care. We will be back.

Loved it all...

Fabulous location - your balcony literally steps from a small sandy beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant on our last night and all our meals were delicious. The hotel also treated us to an aperitif.

The hotel would benefit hugely from a private beach, particularly during the summer period. They also charged €15 per day for a sun bed on the beach.

The room right next to a clean and beautiful beach, we also received a welcome drink on the house. There is a beautiful view from the hotel restaurant and it is also open for lunch and dinner, which can be very convenient for those who are interested. 20 minutes drive to the tourist centers around.

The variety at breakfast was not great and it was served exclusively by the staff, which sometimes caused a queue that I thought was unnecessary, The hotel charges a lot of money for every little thing,10 euro per day for parking which is located far from the rooms, umbrella and sunbeds for 15 euros per use. The TV programs were very limited and did not work as required. The cleanliness of the rooms was really bad, sand in the mini pool outside, sheets were not changed, black stains in all parts of the room and shower.

The place was beautiful, calming, rejuvenating, exactly what I needed and what I was looking for when I booked. This hotel allowed me to relax completely!
