The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures. The whole complex and the view to/from the beach were really beautiful with great sunsets. We rented scooters and also did one day of diving with the dive center. Both were really good and easy. The dive center offers really good quality and small groups. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We stayed there during the weekend but we knew about the party next door as it was very transparently communicated everywhere. As we knew what to expect, we brought earplugs and were able to sleep. If you are looking to party it is real fun to go there too. Or you just stay at the hotel bar which was really nice also.

There are 4 rooms at the hotel so it’s small & everyone knows your name & you get to know them. Kay & Kim are great as is everyone on the team at the hotel & the dive shop. Christine always made sure we had what we needed. Vince & Jen made excellent drinks & breakfast at the bar. And Julie was a great & fun DM. Special thanks to Jerson for all the heavy lifting, he’s amazing. I would definitely come back.

The only downside which was highlighted upfront is the noise from the band & crowd next door on weekends. The music is great to listen to from your front porch if you don’t want to get in the mix. No worries about safety or security, the hotel is very secure with a guard and guard dog Maya. We found earplugs helped but earbuds with some white noise totally blocked the sounds.

If you think of this as a dive lounge, it will meet your expectations. Clean room with a comfy bed, electricity shouldn't go out, as they have solar panels and a hot shower

We stayed in room #2, which was their last room on the date range, so we couldn't change to another room. Upon checking in, we were surprised to be told the wifi doesn't work inside the room, we have to go outside (heat and bugs). I'm also surprised they don't include cheap wifi extenders, which would solve the problem. If you have wifi extenders, bring them if you care about wifi. Our inside locking latch was broken and wouldn't lock, yet the employees hang out by the pool so they can use the wifi, and I guess "guard" your unlocked room. However, you could lock the room from the outside. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a room that you can lock and use the wifi if that's important to you

Great location in best part of San Juan. Large size of Sydney room with comfy bed. Quiet resort during the week with only 3 other guests and some divers. Great diving set up. Happy and friendly staff. Initial room mix up that they had to put us in the smaller Paris room for 1 of our 4 nights. They handled the situation well and gave us free breakfast the next day. If you can go for the 2 larger rooms. We found the Paris room had a noisy aircon unit and weak shower.

Noisy Sunday night with music next door til 12. But this is clearly notified on the listing and earplugs are provided. So no complaint .. just to comment if you are early to bed oldies like us be prepared.

We absolutely loved this placed. The room is wonderful, the staff is so welcoming and nice. The breakfast is amazing! The resort is right near the beach, and also has a swimming pool. There is a bar where they serve the most amazing cocktails! Restaurants at walking distance. We were sad to leave and hope to come back soon!!

On weekends there are parties next door, and they are loud! But the resort warned us about this, and offered ear plugs. To be honest, the music was very nice, so going next door and join the party could be an option...

Location is great, as a lot of restaurant are near by & directly on the beach for a quick swim. It is also a great sunset spot with amazing cocktail at El Kabron ( located inside the hotel so no excuse) For divers, I highly recommend also as the Dive Masters & Instructors are well qualified and the boat can take you to different dive spots easily. We passed our PADI Open Water & Advanced and felt super well accompanied all along the way. Overall, a must go for both divers & snorkelling fan if you come to Siquijor.

Nothing - perfect stay.

The staff and facilities at Apo Diver Beach Resort were fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Such a lovely setting with the pool and gardens. The bar and breakfast were great too. We didn't do any diving or snorkelling this time around as had just finished 10 days of tours so wanted to relax. The massage service was quality and helped after previous days canyoneering on Cebu. Tidy motorbikes for hire and various tour options for water activities. There is a party hostel next door on the weekend but we were well warned and even had a few drinks one night which helped the sleep! Lastly, sunsets on Solangon Beach were epic!

It was exceptionally warm due to El Nino so needed all fans running and aircon at night which were a little noisy but nothing major and not enough to affect our stay.

Great location, near restaurants/eateries and the rooms were right in front of the beach and the pool. Motorbike rent was also available, which we gladly used. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort pets were a plus :)

Shower had very low water pressure but staff helped when I asked for a bucket.

unfortunately very noisy for me… the beach bar next door with live music until late and a neighbour’s door barking randomly and desperately at any time of day or night. I could not sleep. the beach not for enjoy, plastic and debris everywhere… but plenty of nice places nearby
