The hotel was in a perfect location for access to the beach and local amenities. The dining areas were excellent both in terms of layout and service. We also appreciated the comfortable lounge and Wellness area. Our room was very comfortable with a wonderful sea view and the showering facilities were excellent. We found all serving staff to be polite, patient, cheerful and helpful.

Our bed mattresses needed replacing. They had dips and were not supportive. Housekeeping did not fill our tissue box or our drinks/ sugar sachets during the week. We would have liked some teabags in the room.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff of Two Brothers Noordwijk Beach. In a very difficult and dramatic situation, they showed incredible kindness, care and understanding for my brother, who was staying there. They not only provided him with a safe place, but also true human support at a moment when it was most needed. The entire team acted with empathy and professionalism that went far beyond standard hospitality. Thanks to their help, my brother felt safe and cared for, and I could reach him from Poland with peace of mind. This is not only a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, but above all a place run by people with big hearts. I will be forever grateful and I wholeheartedly recommend Two Brothers Noordwijk Beach to anyone looking not only for comfort, but also for genuine care and compassion.

Nice location and just opposite the beach. The hotel has a pool and steam bath (nice to have in winter) and a very good restaurant. Staff was very helpful given information about public transport and parking and stuff. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was very quiet. There was enough space for clothes.

Our room was very small - on the side facing the window you couldn’t walk around the bed and there was little space between bed and desk. Same in the bathroom, the shower floor was not inclined to the drain so taking a shower meant flooding the bathroom. If you don’t like dogs or are allergic to them, I would not advise to stay here as this hotel is very popular with dog owners and there is no room separation.

The staff was really helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the location is fantastic. I can only recommend this hotel. We were with 2 small kids and they also loved everything 😊😊

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and the swimming pool was closed 3 times for technical issues...and this was a little bit disappointing, because the kids wanted to play and swim and was raining outside. Also the Sauna is really old and the experience there was not comfortable...I think that this area of the hotel deserves a really good upgrade.

Lovely beach side hotel. Staff really good, downstairs bar, restaurant etc facilities amazing. Nice and clean great value for money, amazing location.

We went for a budget twin room which was perfectly nice. The two single beds were pushed together for us by request but it didn't really work as a double bed as they were two singles made with sheets. Not really a dislike, it's just our plan to make a twin into a double bed didn't work. That's said the single was fine and fully met the expectation described. One last tiny think is that we hated the pillows! They were too round and full.

The staff were courteous and professional and the location was good.

The rib eye steak I had in the restaurant was one of the worst I have ever eaten. When you pay nearly thirty euros for a steak and chips it should at least be good. The pan was clearly not hot enough, it was not medium rare and it was chewy. Very dissapointing, and if it hadn't been served by nice staff I would have sent it back and not ordered another one in its place. A truly shocking bit of cookery.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this cute little house! It is so cozy and fun! It is an old house but the inside is completely modernized. The house has nice decor and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect! Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, ferris wheel, shopping, and museums. The staff at the Two Brothers Hotel front desk were friendly and attentive. I compared this to AirBnB's and I think this is a great deal. I highly recommend it and I hope I can stay there again some time. We love Noordwijk aan Zee and this super little house!

Even with cheaper room option we got room with a sea view. Really outstanding to wake up like this.

Reception was closed over night, which is fine. According to day staff there was supposed to be information on the front door that there is bell on the side door, information was not there. Beds were rather short, partner is tall so his feet were sticking out of bed. With this room size there was not much that could be done about that tho.

We have stayed here before when it was the "Golden Tulip", and were very happy to return. The staff are very helpful and the location right on the sea front is excellent for a quick swim at any time! We have stayed here for the night before a ferry crossing to the UK, and usually eat in one of the restaurants along the sea front.

The parking is a bit expensive, but it is right in the middle of a touristy town, so this is not surprising.

We had a lovely sea facing room in the tower. Lot's of windows and 2 small balconies. Perfect for watching the flower parade. Thank you for honouring my request. Safe in room easy to use. Tea making facilities and bottled water provided. Shower was good powerful and hot but no door so rest of room got soaked if didn't shower carefully. Had dinner in hotel on our first night and it was good and reasonable cost. Breakfast was a bit chaotic lots of people all trying to get from the buffet at the same time. However food was good and lots of choice. Ran out of fruit salad on both mornings and did not get replenished. The location was perfect for the beach and also for getting to the shopping streets and restaurants. Bus stops behind hotel.

Would have liked a door on the shower and another comfy chair as only one chair.
