We paid for a 12 hour stay, which according to hotel policy was from 6 pm to 6 am. I had to arrange it ahead of time, but the hotel agreed that we could stay from 9 pm to 9 am with no extra charge. Another great thing about the hotel is that you can pay for just a 4 hour stay which is perfect when you're just connecting through Amsterdam with a long lay over. The best thing about the hotel is location, location, location.
My wife and I stayed in a double. I am 6' 8" tall (2m 3cm) tall so the bed barely accomadated both of us. I think that even ordinarily sized people would find the room somewhat cramped. I have stayed many times at this hotel. It used to be cheaper. Now I have to think twice before staying here.

The room was fine. Comfortable bed and quiet for sleeping. Pretty much as described.
When we arrived there was no one there . A sign said come back in 30 minutes yet another guest had been waiting over an hour. For the price, that was disappointing.

I stayed at YOTELAIR Amsterdam Schiphol during a 21-hour layover while traveling with my 1-year-old child, and I have to say it was a great experience despite some of the mixed online reviews I had read beforehand. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but it’s worth it for the convenience and comfort it provides. After a long flight, being able to relax in a private and quiet space was a game changer—much better than trying to get some rest on airport chairs, especially with a little one in tow. The compact, cabin-like rooms were surprisingly well-designed and made the most of the space available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It provided everything we needed for a short stay, including a clean bathroom and even a space to stretch out and play with my child. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location, right inside the terminal, made it incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you, but if you value practicality, rest, and privacy during a long layover, I would definitely recommend YOTELAIR. I’ll gladly stay here again if I have a similar stopover in the future.
There is very less space to move on.

Very quie considering it's just beside some restaurants and above the busy shops. perfect for a night stay before catching your flight in the morning. It has a pink ambient lighting which i thought is changeable, my car has ambient lighting that i kept in blue at all time, but the pink didn't really bother me at all in fact I think it helped me fall asleep quicker. And ohh the corridors are also pink😀
The shower and the sink water tap is making extended squeaking noise after use.

Very convenient location within the airport. Staffed 24hrs and the check in process is literally minutes so you can be in your cabin within 5 minutes of arrival at the reception. Room/cabin is small just room to walk around the bed and the bathroom is a narrow room. However there is a good shower and toiletries. The bed whilst very high is exceptionally comfortable. Can definitely see why you can't take any checked bags as there really isn't any room. However just taking your cabin bag is ideal. We didn't use the room service so can't comment about that facility. Plugs are available in every type so you don't need the hassle of trying to find adapters. Location is by McDonald's upstairs following signs for D gates and transit area. At least you can leave and pick up breakfast on the way out! It doesn't appear to be particularly well signposted within the terminal but we checked out the location on our outward flight so were able to quickly make our way there. I am so
Can't say there was anything we didn't like, but be aware that the cabin we had is not large and anyone with difficulties walking or requiring walking aids etc may find it a little challenging although as it is not applicable to us have no idea if there are facilities available more suited to anyone with physical disabilities. The bathroom is perfectly well equipped but is very narrow. It is not a cheap option for transit 270 euro for a night, check out is 7am. We had onward flights so for a 5 hrs stay it was definitely not cheap (£233) however good to have a comfy bed for a couple of hours and a great shower before onward flight so we would use this option again if we needed to.

Convenient location. Didn't have to leave the airport which is nice because of an early flight. A quick walk from our gate.
There must be something wrong with the slope of the shower drain. Looked like there was an evidence of repair on the floor membrane. I took a short shower but there were water flowing to the toilet area and stayed there for most of the night. It should have drained back in the shower area. Small amount even got to the edge of the room carpet. Wasn't a good feeling to step in a cold water while using the toilet in the middle of the night.

It is all about location. Very comfortable for a.night when you have to catch an early.flight. you have to.go through passport control to reach it and it is close to many food options. The room was small but had everything I needed for the night and the bed was quite comfortable.
It was not perfectly clean, the staff i met during the night shift were a bit rude, and the signage to reach the hotel within the airport could be better

Good to overnight on Airport so no rush the following morning
Absolutely no sign or any indication where to go ..walked up and down looking for any signs and since it was late evening not many people around to ask. So please..a couple of signs to show the way would be great! No hot water in the shower in the morning

It was a last minute booking as I realised that public transport in Amsterdam was stopping at 8 pm on 31st December so the room save me. The cabin is quiet and having my own toilet was good.
Very expensive but it was a last minute booking. The instructions to get to the hotel are clear EXCEPT missing the point that if you arrive with an EasyJet flight or other which arrives to terminal 3 it is a nightmare to get to the hotel. The instructions before booking mention not from terminal 3 but it doesn't say that you have to beg people to let you in. Fortunately employees at Schiphol were helpful

Took a "pod" as my flight was cancelled. The actual place was great. It was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed to get out of the hustle of the airport departures for the night and try to relax after my flight cancellation.
The biggest issue for me was having to wait three hours until 6pm to check in, I was already tired and stressed. However this was because of it being booked with booking.com NOT the fault of the hotel.
