Well-located accommodation with an old-world charm. Clearly owned by art lovers, and I really enjoyed the personal touches. Bed was big and comfortable. Shower small, but that’s Europe! It was great for me.

The owner had no idea I was coming, despite having communicated about my arrival time the day prior. I had to wait awhile for her to retrieve me, as we weren’t understanding each other on the phone (I don’t speak Italian unfortunately). Really kind woman, but I don’t think she’s super comfortable with Booking.

Onore and Margherita were charming, welcoming hosts with a beautiful property boasting comfort, space, a full kitchen, and excellent views worthy of the name of the place.

My only issue was the wifi; the network posted at the front desk didn't exist, and the only one I was able to connect to had weak service throughout.

Very nice view and good location. Nice small kitchenett. Charming hostess. The small city was clean and nice. Fantastic church with restored wall paintings.

Pillows was too hard. Hostess talked only italian, we used google translate to communicate - friendly.

The owners were a lovely old couple. Very friendly and helpful and could only speak Italian. They enjoyed the challenge of communicating with us. The room was basic but excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the position of the studio was excellent quite close to free parking.

Steep climb up town with luggage if you don’t have a car!

Cosy and clean room and lovely older couple running it. We got the option to choose between two rooms when we arrived. We traveled with our little dog and he was able to stay for an additional €20. Our room had an amazing view and the location is just great.

A lovely position in a beautiful hilltop village with great parking. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the host welcomed us warmly. The art work done by her husband made the place feel special. Good value for money.

We would have liked a kettle and a couple of mugs ☕️

We loved the charming hosts! The location was excellent and the room was spotless!! Non English speaking nonna and nonno where a delight !!

No air conditioning in 40 degree heat but other than that it was perfect

The location was good being just above the main piazza. Nice and quiet.

The shower size was somewhat small. Possible too much furniture in the room.

Convenient location. We walked to Assisi so hosts let us store our bags and pick them up another day. So appreciated your kindness. Also the hosts artwork is gorgeous.
