The beautiful aesthetic from the moment you walk in the foyer flows on through your whole stay. Our room was incredible! We had a huge bed and large rain shower plus separate bath. Toiletries provided included facial sheet masks and baths salts. You could even watch tv from the bath which was a nice treat. The facilities were amazing including the pool, gym, spa centre and sauna. Make sure have the buffet breakfast as the omelettes and French toast (made in front of you!) were amazing!! We also booked lunch in one of the restaurants and it was incredible! Located right on the main strip!

Absolutely nothing! Hotel Collective was the best place we stayed in Japan!

The hotel is new, rooms are clean and comfy. The location is right in the middle of kokusai dori so much happening on the street. The staff were very attentive. The bath and sauna were superb! Facilities new and sleek. The breakfast buffet restaurant is worth it 🤤 The outdoor pool 👍

There is not much of a view unless you're staying on the 13th floor presidential suites etc. The pool times are only 10-6pm when the sun is still up until 8pm also it has nice moody pool lights for an evening swim so it just felt a little wasted... The front doors of the hotel are so heavy I had to assist a few elderly people open them on occasions because they thought they were locked. Install some automatic doors.

The hotel is very easy to recognize and located right on the main street. Took around 20 mins to get there by taxi from Naha Airport (~2000 yen). Car dropoff is located at the backside with cover in case of heavy rain. Rooms are new, odorless and soundproof except for the occasional noise of kids passing through the corridor (which is unavoidable). Mattress was excellent, which my husband wishes to take home. Room is also rather spacious for two person. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very helpful in explaining the amenities and facilities available, including opening hours and last entry. They also gave my daughter a gift bag with a cute duckie sponge that she loved. Famous Okinawa cuisine restaurant Yunangi is 10 mins walk from hotel. If you turn into Ukishima Street next to the Lawson right downstairs, you will find plenty of hipster/ local designer shops/ eateries after 11am. If you continue to go a bit further (about 10 mins) you would arrive at the local market (during day) and bars/yakitori/ izakaya restaurants at night. Onayama Park for kids is about 30 mins walk from the hotel, on the way you would pass by some shopping malls should you wish to shop. All-in-all, we are very satisfied with our choice on this first visit to Okinawa and would recommend it to any family!

Kids playroom is of a small scale, unlike what we expected from hotels on this caliber, but I guess most people would stay outdoors if the weather allows. Check-out was still efficient, but we had to line up to return our cards and there was no self check-out, so it took us quite some time. I asked at the counter if they could get us a car to the airport and they said "yes, of course, just wait over there", which meant (I later found out) to queue up.

Large room with lots of wardrobe space. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with small bath and wet room style shower. Lovely bathroom products. Good air conditioning which can be turned off and self-adjusted. About 10mins walk from monorail and bus stop really close. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The lifts were a little chaotic. There were a lot of large bus groups coming and going and the staff seem to prioritise these. Sometimes we would call the lift but the staff would arrive with a large group and let them take 2-3 full lifts before we could get in one. No laundry facilities (there is a laundry service but it’s very expensive). I personally didn’t like being on the Main Street but for others that could be a plus. Pool hours very short so didn’t get to use.

Room was very nice and the location is excellent. Even though it is on the main shopping/entertainment street, the room was quiet. Breakfast is very good, with many options.

There is an automatic light that comes on whenever you are in the hallway, so it comes on when you visit the bathroom at night, which is annoying. There should be a control to turn it off. I wish oatmeal was available at breakfast.

Due to a business trip, our client recommended Hotel Collective for our accommodation. The location is indeed very convenient, right on International Street, one of the tourist attractions. Additionally, there is a supermarket within a 15-minute walking distance, which adds to the convenience.Since we didn't utilize breakfast, we can't provide a review on that aspect. However, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped. What I particularly liked was that the gym and sauna facilities were available until 12:00, which is very convenient for business travelers who might not have the time earlier in the day.

Overall, everything is very convenient, but the parking situation leaves something to be desired. There is an additional charge of 1500 Japanese yen per day for parking, which isn't an unreasonable price, but it's surprising since I've never stayed at a hotel before where parking incurred an extra fee. Additionally, the surface parking spaces are insufficient, so there's a need for mechanical parking. However, using the mechanical parking takes a considerable amount of time, which is quite inconvenient for business travelers with tight schedules.

Stayed here for two nights, the bathroom is spacious and high class ,love their Onsen and gym, never get to try their buffet, as the surrounding area is already so many eateries option--situated in the most prominent location of Naha -Kokusaidori !

It's a Five Stars hotel, they should provide complimentary drinks like Okinawa tea or any cold drinks in the lobby, especially during the summer.

Breakfast was fine. The hotel was comfortable. If you arrive late and hungry even if you are 70 and you have children, you will sleep hungry because their only restaurant might be fully booked and they are rigid plus there is no room service. We could’t even get a fruit and/ or some bread although they certainly had that for breakfast . Very awful wellcome for very tired guests.

There is a lot to love about this hotel. First off, the location. For Naha, you can't get much better than this, right in the heart of downtown, easy to walk to everywhere, with all the restaurants and shops literally outside the hotel. The hotel is modern and the rooms are decently sized for Japan. Lots of modern touches and the rooms are very comfortable. Shower had great pressure, and they also had a separate bath tub available.

Check in staff's English skills could definitely be improved, but I get that most guests are probably from Japan or other Asian countries. Breakfast could have a few more western choices, all of the choices leaned a bit heavily on the Japanese side for my taste. High chairs - this seems to be a thing in Japan in general, but the high chairs in the restaurant don't have straps, so for feisty toddlers, it can be a nightmare trying to enjoy breakfast.

The hotel is central to the main strip in naha city so easy access to shops restaurants markets etc. The facilities are fab and well looked after,sauna/Onsen pool and spa.we stayed in April and had them pretty much to ourselves for 4 days. Breakfasts offer a lot of choice.The rooms are spacious and the pillows are like marshmallows😁
